Wilder with some dedication a willingness to improve his skillset could have prolonged his career. Its abundantly clear he cant fight going backwards so his opponents first job was to push him back and pressure him. He lacked balance and a left hook and some combinations would have done him a world of good. His stance and his jab is non existent. Stamina. There are so many flaws. He does stuff in training but as soon as he gets hit in a fight he reverts to slapping and throwing wild punches. Just keeping his hands up seems to be too much for him.
