Are you stuck behind a desk for most of your day? Most office employees come in with their shoulders, neck, and spine in a flexed forward position, and Bruegger's posture break exercises help counteract that to get you back into an upright position.
These exercises can be done seated or standing. Start by relaxing your shoulders and bring them back "into your back pockets." Tuck your chin as close as you can into your chest, and slowly extend it all the way back to feel the stretch in your neck.
Another stretch for your traps and shoulders is to grab your head and to slow pulling it into a side neck stretch and switching to the other side to make sure you equally stretch both sides for optimal results.
