Big Bruins fan here, but the Pitlick hit was just taking his man after Bergy turned, he had no intention of hitting Bergy late. The puck was gone but Pitlick had nowhere to go and didn't see the puck gone. You can see as soon as they collide Pitlick actually has his arm/hand extended trying to stop Bergy from crashing to the ice hard. Of course it can be 50-50 weather the ref calls it there but I have no issue since it wasn't intentional. Awesome to see Marchy stick up for his captain.
