He made a table by the kitchen walls so he can eat with his family. He even patches the cracks on the walls in order to keep the house from being torn apart. I think Brunos chaotic and awkward nature is what makes us all love him so much. He's also just an amazing character, who even when he felt he had to leave, he couldn't fully leave his family behind. Just wanted to point out in case someone doesn't know, at 0:54 when he is "vibing in his own universe" he is actually avoiding cracks on the floor because of bad luck, we have a lot of superstitions here in Colombia, that's also the reason he knocks on wood, throw salt over his shoulder and other weird things lol

It’s interesting that different places have similar superstitions, *but* not exactly the same either. I’m Canadian and I grew up with knocking on wood for luck in pretty much the same way (but I usually do it after I’m worried i just jinxed myself by saying something lol), but where I’m from you’re supposed to throw salt over your shoulder after you’ve just spilled some of it (because that’s bad luck), and kids learn the rhyme “step on a crack, break your mothers back” for reasons I couldn’t explain if I tried 😆. I didn’t think places shared similar superstitions like that but that’s interesting.

Fun fact, while hes jumping the cracks on the floor, he says in spanish "sana sana culito de rana", and thats something you say to heal a injury (specially when you're talking to a kid). In english, you could translate it as "heal heal small ass of frog" although it sounds horrible 😂 EDIT: I just heard again and I wanted to add that I think they used "colita" (small tail) instead of "culito" (small ass) which as you see are very similar but the first one is more family friendly and fits better in a disney movie. I just wanted to correct myself! ☺️

Ok but there is the thing, most of the “random” things he did where actually little lucky charm rituals to bring good luck or to stop bad luck. For example, in Colombia when someone says that something bad can happen we say “touch wood” or we actually knock on something that is made out of wood to keep that from happening. HE BASICALLY FELT LIKE HE BROUGHT BAD LUCK SO THATS WHY HE KEEP DOING ALL THE LITTLE THINGS. From throwing the sand, from not stepping on cracks, crossing his fingers, knocking on wood, etc.
