Can't thank you enough guys! Those are actually my boots, purchased in Bologna, Italy some 20 years ago. I used them on a daily basis throughout my studies and had them "wrapped" in Vibram for better weather protection. I can't believe I will be wearing them again soon. Amazing job as always! As for the stache, well let's just say I tend to be partial to them myself since I started growing mine when I was back in college at the age of 21. Haven't shaved it off even once since the original growing of it and that is 42 years ago .... yep, grew it back in 1978 - were guys even born yet? Thanks again for taking us along. The precision on the fully manual steps - cutting for the blind stitch and pressing the marks in the shoe is so impressive to me. If you make a mistake there, it really puts a dent in the whole repair.

The new place looks really big. The shoes look great. Can blake stitch shoes be turned into goodyear welted shoes? If you have a new welt and stitch it to the shoes then stitch the welt to the sole. Are there any reasons why you wouldn't want to do that? Heath, your moustache needs more work.

I looked at Thursday Boots, but I came across to many reviews that said they're not comfortable and supportive enough to spend a whole day wearing. I'm looking for something at that $200-300 price point from a company that makes wide sizes, which most DTC do not do. Do you have any suggestions?

In all of the cobbling videos I’ve watched on all the channels I’ve never seen what you did at 15:50 before where it gives a shiny finish to the bottom of the sole. What is that process called? Is that just a heated iron of some sort? Great job by the way!

Whatever you and your wife think on the ‘satche is the answer. Question on the sole stamping process: How many actual sizes do you have for that? Seems you’d want to within a shoe size or so in order to minimize your waste.

Love zipper boots. Im a general contractor, so I wear “work” clothing everyday (Duluth BTW....lol) so my one indulgence is shoes and boots. Have about 9-10 pairs of really nice footwear now (probably 30 pairs of various other shoes, like sneakers etc), but love wearing quality shoes and boots on date night with the wife. Nice jeans, wingtips (shoes or zip boots), button shirt, and then in winter a nice wool peacoat. Sometimes a nice flat cap. Then on monday mornings, back to Merrels and Duluth....😁

Just graduated from medschool a few months ago, and i used to wear my chelsea boots too around the hospital, even got them stained with blood once 😂 It's now my favourite type of boots since it's a lot easier to get on and off, especially when you have to get in and out of the operating room frequently.. It feels really good to be a little more stylish among the sea of sneakers in the hospital while still staying relatively comfortable 😊😊
