If super symmetrical means I get more asym type reactions from balls that aren't hook monsters, then sign me up. I miss the days of asym balls with legit weaker covers from 10-15 years ago. I still have an Ebonite Mission from 2010 or so, that's as weak as most lower end HK22 balls (Fireball to Vibe territory), and boy does it still roll nice. I'd love it if this super sym core category filled that weak asym gap.

Nick, Love your reviews. I have an interesting idea pertaining to this new core, and the Bigfoot's core, and wondering if you might do a video showing the results? Since this core and the BF core seem to be introducing the idea of a Super Symmetrical core, would you possibly do a double video with some unusual layout locations on those 2? 1) For the No Doubt, since it's not purely symmetrical like the BF core, spin your layout around 180 degrees and put it on the backside of the ball. Thus you'd take minimal weight out of the core, and leave all the mass in the large protrusion opposite the thumb. 2) for the BF, I've wanted to see someone drill one with their standard layout, simply shifted 45 degrees to a side so the thumb is directly between 2 moment arms. I believe that would make the most Symmetrical layout for that Core, yes? Then you could compare it to your original which the thumb is directly into a moment arm correct? Thus that is a max asymm layout. I've love to see what those 2 layouts due to these 2 Super Symmetrical cores and their flexibility. And if Steve could run those threw his program to provide after drilling numbers, that would be extra cool.

Would love to know if this ball is a true middle of the bag angular piece? Thought by the numbers that the dv8 mantra was the perfect mid angular until testing showed it was over juiced and overlapped my widow hybrid which is my strong angular ball.
@vance8363 ай бұрын
Curious how close this is to the Hazmat. I know one is a pearl and the other a hybrid but the look on the lane seems pretty close. Radical seems to fall in line with Columbia in that they both produce high quality pieces but get overlooked by Hammer and other companies. Speaking of Columbia.......is more on the way because looking at their site there seems to be fewer pieces compared to other companies or is that intentional at the moment?

@arandomcommenter70513 ай бұрын
Except the ridiculous core was .05+ rg higher, and had a more elliptical shape along the largest rg band in the middle of the block, and a cut out for the fingers. Meditate core is much more center heavy, does not have any finger cut outs, and is not borderline elliptical along the z axis. It’s not a copy of the ridiculous core at all lol Meanwhile, I bet if Storm were to make a copyright claim against the core in the no doubt you guys are going to have one hell of a time defending it in court, because unlike your claims about Storm copying the ridiculous core, these ones actually match nearly point for point in rg, differential, dimensions and thus material densities? Y’all did the same thing to them 10 years ago when mo quietly sued over the Catalyst core. Don’t be surprised when they return the favor lol

Im sure the ball is fine but its such a bad look for brunswick man. Other than coverstock and dark grey vs silver this ball is IDENTICAL to a Zen. I get it you work for Brunswick so you're biased but cmon man. Rattler is no different here either. Is radical just becoming the company that just finds a competitors ball and just copies it? At least the rattler core was visually different but this is a tough look. What was the R&D process? Buy a Zen, crack it open, make a mold, and wrap it in a Radical HK22 cover?? Radical has so many original and unique cores, as well as everything morich has done. Be original.
