I just had the same idea a few days ago because I'm tired of using string trimmers with feeding issues (getting stuck) and too much debris getting in my face and pieces of cut plastic building around my house, but I'm thinking of doing it a little different, getting the hedge trimmer on a pole, this makes it about 3 feet longer so you won't have to bend down as much. The only thing I'm not sure about is how much I will still need to bend down to get as much of a parallel approach with teh ground as possible (doesn't need to be perfectly parallel though). Anyone else try it with a pole hedge timmer?

I never clear out any opf the dead weeds or blackberry canes and it decomposes pretty fast, adding organic matter and mulch back in the soil. it will even suppress some regrowth of weeds for awhile as a mulch.

I'm not sure what trailer is in this video that your referring to haha. But I do also have a 5x10 open. Used to be my setup for mowing. But it's currently just a landscaping setup

So your 5 by 10 open trailer can fit two 36 inch 0-turn mowers

God surely Blessed you and your family, I am a single mom of four which 3 are now adults and I bought five acres so I could have an acre and all of them have an acre. I got it 2012 and when they were still in school I could get them to do something, I would be out there with them and we would get about an acre cleaned off but then they would let it grow back up so I have given up. God Bless you and your family.
