At 12:10 in the video, a car with a couple of "strangers", then "a male stranger" pulled up to speak to you at 21:40 and you offered them the information that a lady lives there with 2 kids. Perhaps it may be safer for her overall if you simply said you were there to help out " the family" with the yard work instead of telling strangers a Mom and two kids live there ? Just a thought for you to consider Sean. I know the safety of a Mom and kids is vitally important to you. First time catching a video as overexposed. I just wanted to say thank you for these. While I was gone in college, the property got overgrown and really bad. Mom got several trees knocked down and cleared. But they left it all piled in the middle of the land, and it quickly regrew, but now with a massive pile of crap. So after I came home ive been spending time trying desperately to find someone to come clear it away. But after finding your videos last week, and seeing you in action, it made me realize I can just do it all myself. So it'll take a few weeks to get the money together for the brush cutter and chain saw, but I should be able to knock it all down pretty well. Even got a pruner coming in like yours, though it's Woodranger not stihl. Gonna take a few weeks of days off, but hopefully will get it done. Anyways, once again thank you, and God bless the work you do.

Great work Sean. I'm 80 years old and I just started doing a friend's 1-1/2 acre yard three weeks ago along with another friend just after she lost her husband. The property had been neglected since his latter stages of Alzheimer disease. She has adult children but they live three hours away. It takes us three hours to do the work every two weeks. Lots of weed eating. No need in getting paid since It's such rewarding work. I hope Sean and people like him will encourage others to be their neighbor's keeper. There is too much anger and hatred between Americans today. I think politicians love the problems going on between Americans. Help defeat that attitude.

Exactly. I get so unnerved when i watch other channels do a yard and a gutter or shutter is hanging by one screw and they just leave it! How hard is it to carry a peanut butter jar full of odds and ends screws and nails and small spool of wire and some odd sized zip ties under your car seat?? Even my mom did that and transformations was not her job. She inherently knew there was always a little something need fixed, Everywhere! Some channels i once followed because they went all in like Sean, but once they get a huge following, all of a sudden they take on the attitude of..."its free so no one can judge how poor a job im doing" or....they all of a sudden wont touch poison ivy or go near critters nests! Those things are EVERYWHERE on overgrown properties. If you cant deal with those things, stop expecting folks to sub, like and maybe do different content!

I lived across the street from a couple with serious health problems. One day I noticed a lot of activity and asked about it. A group if friends had shown up to help. In a few days their yard was transformed, their house cleaned, and a new roof was in place. It did the couple a world of good! It doesn't mean she doesn't take care of her kids or home. It means she's poor and has no assistance. Everyone doesn't put the needs of animals over people. I have been on a Midlife Stockman binge for the past week, back then the subscriber count was 370k. A week later it has crept up to 401k subs; not bad for a 1 year old content creator. There is the potential to breach past a million subs by the time 2024 ends. But what is the difference of the content that Sean puts out as compared to the other "lawn transformation" content creators out there? 1. He is very transparent about what he wants to do. Altruistic intentions with no strings attached. Even when the going gets tough, especially when Sean encounters difficult situations ( of the entitled human kind ), he stays calm & soldiers on. I believe his upbringing had an influence. Bless his parents for instilling good values in him as a child. 👍👍 2. He does his work section by section. Very methodical + some OCD ( which is a good thing! ). 3. Something to observe, the traffic cones he puts up by his truck, so as to inform drivers of the vehicle being parked on the road. Some other "lawn transformation" content creators don't do this. Additionally, this content is quite eye opening to the failings of the city council in managing abandoned & over grown properties. This isn't a unique problem to America. Where I'm from ( KL, 🇲🇾 ) , the town council of my residential area is too slow to take action. It all falls into the hands of good Samaritans to take action. It's easy to make off the cuff judgements when the only information you have is a 1 hour video into a person life. We can all try to exercise understanding a persons situation. If you could go back and time and see a persons life from beginning to present, to see all of the things that affected them along the way, you might be able to offer compassion to their situation. No one chooses to be born, their parents, or life circumstance really. We're all in this together despite our differences in experience.
