That’s one of the purposes for an air fryer ( rather than a deep fryer ); cooking brussel sprouts right, whole artichokes and air fryers are superior for fish 🎣 too 🔥

Fried bacon. Use the drippings to carmelize onions.. Once onions are good... add the spouts, a few tesspoons of water season to taste and simmer till tender. Yummy!!
