This became a favourite Christmas treat for us thank you so so much. My parents had a potluck with their prayer group and I volunteer to make this for them to bring. Everyone were surprised and were saying, “I didn’t know that you can cook it like this!”, “This is sooo good!” My dad ended up eating only three pieces lol. Again, you’re amazing! I have been looking for a garden channel by an Iowan for a while now and there you were on Garden Answer! I love how you say zone 5b but sometimes zone 4 because of our crazy Iowa winters. I won’t get anything warmer than zone 4 anymore because of the wind chill and occasional -30 temps here in rural New Sharon where it’s extremely flat and crazy windy. Looking forward to watching your videos! And I was planning brussels sprouts for tonight so I will be using your recipe!

I always have this Brüssel sprouts and bacon dish as a side for my turkey on New Year’s Eve . It’s so delicious that I often eat it with pasta , sometime I add cream to make more of a pasta sauce of it. I you haven’t tried it, you should !
