What he is said is absolutely true. In kerala also, for aided colleges , just clear net and if you have 60-70 lakhs to pay as a bribe, the job is yours. So whoever is working hard for their dreams to become a professor, please reconsider your decision because appointment is based on money and recommendations. It's pure corruption. Only few private colleges pay decent salary. Rest are exploiting teachers. Really sad to see this state of affairs in our country

ohnestly rajasthan m bhot fair system hai .. 200 marks ka objective exam and 24 marks ka interview .. aur vacancy bhi once in every 2-3 aa jati hai .. i have cleared my jrf in my first semester and now I'll be sitting for the AP exam in 2024 jan. quite fair process .. thanks to congress I guess

See if you have qualified NET and if you have apply in private college then you will get only 20 to 25k .But when state vacancy come which comes once every 2 to 3 year then give this exam first written and then interview.If you pass these you can become assistant professor by choosing your college in which college you want to teach.Sometime it also happens that the college which you have choosen you will not get and your posting will be far away .But if you qualify these two stages of exam then definitely you get job.Hope it will help.

No objection certificate would be required for phd....one can take a leave for phd ....then join again same job but if someone is pursuing part time phd then leave of only 6 months for course work part of phd will be required. But they may not give NOC to school teachers. U can find out if you can get noc from your employer.Part timers don't get paid for phd.....Full timers who have jrf get paid for phd but if someone is on a unpaid leave for phd particularly school teacher will get paid or not ....that's something you will have to find out

Okay let me help you, First of all, relax yourself don't panic I am also a bsc student Now let me tell you, You are absolutely right in doing bsc for becoming a lecturer So First you complete your bsc with a new start and positive energy, forget your past whatever happened in neet because now you are not going for neet, right? So focus on bsc and with bsc start preparing for various entrance exam for masters or msc, for example if you are from biology field you can prepare for iit jam which might have your subjects as i don't know much about biology because i am from math stream. And while doing your msc , prepare for csir net , if you crack it you will eligible to give exam for any state level like rpsc, uppsc , mppsc and Central level also, and you can also apply in various universities for guest faculty I hope this helps All the Best for your Future and life.

Teaching and Research both are respobility but teaching is compulsory. In india mostly state university and college professors re not continuing research after the PhD but if u see in developed countries most of them are basically scientists and the have their teams of reseachers including their PhDs, Postdoctoral researchers and some Masters students who work on same topics. You can see this same situations in India also but in Central Universities, IITs, IISERs and Central govt institutions. And that also not up to the mark. It's like a Professor should be a researcher or scientist but it's not the case always.
