The loophole is “the high court judge used his discretion power” to exempt him from coming to court. Justice is no more equal to all 😢 for CM’s it’s different and for rickshaw puller it’s different. Money n power is ruling even the justice system. The only loophole is “a small power given to judge”….. but this power is so highly misused

One way to argue back would be that roads are not good, what about that reducing the mileage. Courts are there to enforce the law. Law is nothing but a stack of papers without enforcement. Saying you committed a crime does not make it so. Need to prosecute which can be done only by court. It is the ultimate authority and law gives it that authority.

So the roles and responsibilities of toll fees end right there. And yes, courts are enforcers; they are mere implementers of the law, not the ones owning it. So, courts also come under the law. For an analogy, architects make blueprints, and masons just build following blueprints. Courts are like masons. They have given a framework to follow and ensure everything is set by that framework. Masons really can't say, Hey, I'm the implementer, so you go to hell, and I'll do whatever I see fit.

This Toll Plaza Executive has to be bestowed with a Bravery award on the coming Republic Day. His act of standing up to a district law officer or a counsel (whatever) and teaching him a lesson or two in the interpretation and following the rules of the land is simply amazing and extraordinary. This is harsh reality that even sometimes our judiciary exploits a common man who doesn't have knowledge of law due to lack of awareness and education. When a common man gets educated (which actually our politicians don't want to happen to let their shops continue) then dignity and integrity in society automatically comes. "What about my car's mileage?" Your fuel costs are likely subsidized by the government, the truck's isn't. Dude is a high level government employee and haggling for 80rs. Pathetic.

Truck's have like a mileage of hardly 5-6km per 100 rupees. And their wage isn't so high(narrow income), and that Lawyer with high salary is complaining about mileage, lol.

@@prashanthbunty makes it worse as he's breaking the law while making judgement against others. Roads are not repaired for free. His high salary can't pay 80 rupees? The Toll employee is correct for demanding toll fee.
