It takes Rs. 80 to cross this toll plaza in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh. In the car sat an Additional District Government Counsel. Outside stood the facility’s deputy manager. This is what went down between the two...

@harveyspector14633 жыл бұрын
One way to argue back would be that roads are not good, what about that reducing the mileage. Courts are there to enforce the law. Law is nothing but a stack of papers without enforcement. Saying you committed a crime does not make it so. Need to prosecute which can be done only by court. It is the ultimate authority and law gives it that authority.

@@harveyspector1463 Hah, did you even listen to yourself? How the bad roads are remotely relevant with toll collection. When we pay toll, we get the good road we pay for. So the roles and responsibilities of toll fees end right there. And yes, courts are enforcers; they are mere implementers of the law, not the ones owning it. So, courts also come under the law. For an analogy, architects make blueprints, and masons just build following blueprints. Courts are like masons. They have given a framework to follow and ensure everything is set by that framework.
