I was 22 at the time. The first love of my life left me,no reason given. 3 days later my mom is diagnosed with terminal cancer. Was a lonely painful time and a friend of mine gave me her Walkman with this cassette in it. This song and many others have helped me through some really hard times and good times throughout life.
