Thank you for the great sharing! If I as the supplier, issuing an e-invoice, understood that there will be a notification sent to the buyer. May I know if the buyer need to click anywhere in the IRB portal for the invoice to be validated? Or it will be automatically validated?

请问 Bryan ， 我跟一个商家买货，商家需要 3-6 个月时间 才能交货， 我在一开始下单已经付了50%的钱，但是我要跟商家拿invoice，商家就是不肯给，说我一定要付完payment 后 送货时会和DO & invoice 一起给我，请问商家这样的举动是否合法合理？谢谢🙏

这是看个别公司。最重要是他能给你Receipt证明你给了50%就可以了

@@syntaxtechnologies 谢谢你的回复， 我有打去LHDN 问， LHDN 说他们不接受 receipt 报账和扣税，必须要invoice， 我在2023-12月付完款， 商家在 2024一月出货才给我invoice，问题他issue invoice date 也是在 2024 一月， 那我就不能报账扣税在2023了， 我刚才有call SSM，SSM说可以Email 给SSM 投诉，SSM就会开files 调查为何那个商家不开invoice给我，SSM 说我必须附上所有payment 证据，他们就会调查那间公司。
