Bryan is definitely my favorite this season. I was blown away when I heard him in his blind audition, especially the acapella intro. Keep singing rockin’ songs Bryan. If you want to win it, that is how you do it. A lot of people can sing ballads, but few can belt out a song the way you can. Showcase that talent!

Wow! Bryan never disappoints on this show. He served up another powerhouse vocal, although peeled back a bit on the roof rattling, and he sped up some of the melody, but he sang the s outta that song. A song that has so much meaning to it. That she chooses to sing faster songs over ballads, it's easy to lose sight of the fact that she has a wonderful voice. But more than that, she has a great stage presence and breath control. Maddi can do what some of the other vocalists can do, but some of the other vocalists cannot do what Maddi can do.

Former American Idol contestant, Bo Bice, is around the same age as Bryan (Bo is 48). I think Bo sounds exactly the same on his two new 2024 songs as he did when he sang on American Idol back in 2005. Singing voices don't tend to show age until the singer is in their 60s and/or 70s, usually. However, some singers still sing fantastic in their 70s (Dennis DeYoung, Ann Wilson, Pat Benatar, Gladys Knight, Tom Jones, etc).
