awesome vid! I did notice at my locals that some reversals (like jin's) can counterplay the last hit if you don't confirm in the open. Besides that, definitely is an awesome new move that catches even seasoned players off guard with just how good it is.

Thanks for this Ty! I was not abusing this string enough... I wanted to ask for a concise summary of how Bryans wall pressure works. What is the goal and how do i get there? How does it differ from neutral? I see that he has everything he needs to kill at the wall, but tbh i am a little daunted by an overload of choices on how to get wallsplats and this is stopping me from making decisions on the fly. End of red ranks and i am giving up my advantage a lot of the times when i dropped or didnt do taunt. getting there from thinking about neutral i lack situational awareness at the wall. Maybe Bryans wall strategy (with and without taunt with and without heat/SE) could be sth to cover in future videos?

This string has everything that Bryan has been traditionally deprived of. third hit is -2, with two followups you can easily keep your turn and run it all the way back 2 or 3 times during heat.

You forget QCF1+2, it's a safe long range mid that tracks to one side, but can track to the other side too, it's a HE, you can heat dash out of it if you want, it wall splats, it knocks you down on hit, it costs no heat, and you can use it without install or heat.

Oh and it can high crush because of the QCF input. And it gives a full combo with Heat.

I actually did use this move a lot, especially with taunt, but I never knew it gave okie. So just taunt F21232 into taunt F214 or just F21232 again if you have heat 😂

It looks quite easy to step block before the tracking hit connects, and the final hit looks quite parryable potentially sidesteppable. Is there enough block stun to prevent sidestep on the final hit? Edit: I see you covered that last question later in the video

Because not everything can be punished by it and smart players will avoid using moves that leave them open to it.

At low level play it's very useful as a punish tool as people are often dishing out 14f unsafe on block moves, but at higher level play it's more likely to happen on a whiff punish

If I was playing against a Bryan, I would simply not do a -14 move. For f212 however, there's not much counterplay for that and Bryan can just keep spamming it if he has snake eyes.
