Biggest & fastest impact you could have is go after chemical and food companies. Pollution = Endocrine disruption, history will see this as clear as day. Diminishing Wealth Divide = Better health for all A serious note about making all countries healthy again: 1. Would be politically to get into advisory position, I am still Trump skeptic but his health advisor choice seemed like a decent person? Hard to tell from media but he seems like he wants to enact good change? 2. Sue chemical and food companies over chemicals and ingredients based on proven toxicity. From the UK looking in, it is criminal what is being a made and leaked into the environment, and even worse, purposely put in your food. 3. Make corporate manslaughter something that is aggressively targeted, it should be illegal for CEOs actions to lead to death if the risk of death is known about, that should be a crime as serious as murder.

A type of cyclodextrin marketed as RemChol helped reverse my hereditary Hyperhomocysteinemia Accelerated Atherosclerosis, and seems a great way to reduce any age-related build-up of plaque. BTW, thank you for getting the Blueprint supplement mix out there. I swapped heaps of bottles for just 8 capsules and a drink daily. I have been on the CRON diet since 1990 and hoping to be around for the Longevity Escape Velocity.

I am so glad that Bryan decided to make the hardest choice I have ever made and abandon unintentional self abuse. I believe everyone wants to be healthy, but we lack a strong foundation of knowledge in order to keep outselves healthy, but even once we have the tools we still need the self motivation to implement them. People like Bryan are going to be a core reason why we reverse the pandemic that we've unleashed on ourselves.

America has never been healthy to begin with. In fact, in general, people have never really been healthy during history. Whether it be due to malnutrition caused by poverty, or due to diseases the contemporary medicine couldn't do much about apart from bloodletting and praying the disease would just go away. But the desire to make America healthy now is a great one, and I personally support it wholeheartedly. Brian is doing a great service to us all, so thank you man.

Health is a choice. Unhealthy is also a choice. Dying, however, is neither. Nobody is ever making research into old people who live to 100 and more. Bryan isn't old yet, his only 48 or so, his at the perfect age to experiment. His fit, wealthy and able to afford his luxurious scientific lifestyle. Is he going to live to 100 above, possibly, is he going to be able to perform exactly like he is today... no. Unfortunately, 90% of people's health habits are unhealthy because the unhealthy options are everywhere and easier to grab. Everyone has the choice to live a healthy life. it's just that life just doesn't allow some people to make the most healthy lifestyle due to long work hours, stress, poverty, family, ecs...

I’m 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a me. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me. Only an entity. Something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours, and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

@DanT-iu6oc Let us not forget that Bryan is not a 'nattie'. Meaning that he does - or has periodically - supplemented exogenous T, into his protocol. As well as...all the extra high-tech health modalities (including periodic, and regular, youth plasma transfusions) that are regularly available to him. None (or little of which) the common, everyday Human Being has access to. What we DO have access to is all of the dedication we ourselves can muster (to a strict health & diet protocol & lifestyle) plus all the consistent daily physical work that Bryan does - day in/day out. THAT part is (more or less) free to us, for the asking. I say 'more or less' because one factor we must take into consideration is time subtracted from our dedication to our own protocol - to actually have to earn a living. There is a pretty hefty subtraction of time there -that takes away from our dedication to Not Die vs. Bryan's version. This is not to say that Bryan is in any way 'fake' or phony, or disingenuous, nor is he trying to scam anyone. He is, however, privileged in a way that we are not. Let's not forget, or negate, that fact.

3:34 struck a chord with me for sure; "How are we not going to destroy ourselves." I've spent the better part of the past 10 years bouncing back and forth between hope and despair over this very issue. And as time went on and I saw humanity as a whole making more and more self-destructive choices all around the world the despair was starting to win. Don't Die has definitely been a breath of fresh air that has renewed my hope. I am guardedly hopeful (because we all know bad actors will appear and that they're very good at twisting and distorting ideas until they're unrecognizable and cause confusion), but still very much hopeful that this idea will finally be the one to tip the scales in the other direction and allow humanity to change course before it's too late. I hope that this idea does catch on in all the right ways and that it will finally be the tipping point that gets us all to stop destroying ourselves, stop destroying each other and stop destroying our planet. So thank you for promoting the message of Don't Die Bryan, we appreciate you for it. 💪 And thanks for sharing a little bit of the SF Summit with us, glad to see that it went well! 🥳🎉 Also, as a final side note, I can actually believe that statement (the title of the video) coming from Bryan rather than coming from the complete posers going into office a month from now lol.

With declining birth rates, this could be the solution to the population decline. If people live longer they have more time to also work, filling out the missing labour. That will benefit society but also help everyone build up more wealth that can be spend on society. Most people use their entire work life to pay off the mortgage of their house. Imagine having extra 20-50 years where you could work and have that extra money to spend, because you are debt free. It’s a win win.

The community gatherings and support that is evident in the Don't Die movement reminds of the definition of heaven on earth. It is a heaven on earth. When people are inherently happy and willing to work towards it, actively collaborate with others , this brigs the most rapturous moment in life.

Don't Die resonates with me, because my atheist hubby's response to pedantic lunatics regarding going to hell is "I don't plan on dying". So far he's avoided it 5 times, so it's a good plan as far as I'm concerned. Until we're dead, let's just not die.

As near s I can tell the first big change in Bryan's appearance was the weight loss, then muscle gain and the lightening of his skin. But what has been like a parabolic curve towards a truly youthful appearance is the strength and amount of his hair. The hair growth has been a slow, uphill battle which has made this transformation much more believable for me. This last few months the shape of his face and placement of fat deposits has been like the missing puzzle piece. For years upon years I have been exposed to those "overnight glow-ups" in all the fashion magazines, but with Bryan, it has truly been a struggle. It isn't fake at all. However, let me also express an opinion, Bryan never looked bad or unattractive. He looked like a typical American who was aging normally. Now he is looking more Eurocentric. I think this might what throws people. He doesn't look better or worse but he does look different. He definitely does not look like a typical American anymore. This is not to say any person is better or worse.

hi, you probably won't see it but I'll try anyway. I'm Daniel, 22, from Germany and I want to live my "best" life. I don't care if I make a lot of money or not, it's just important to me that I pursue something and work for something that fulfills me. Unfortunately, that's not so easy when you're still in training, don't have much money and don't get much help from your family. I really want to work for myself on my goals and dreams but I really don't know how. I don't earn much as a trainee in a small company yet, but even when I've finished my training or continue with my studies afterwards, what I'm doing is actually more of a plan B. I wouldn't necessarily say that I hate it but it's just what I do for money. I really try to see everything positively and am constantly working on myself and your videos are a huge help. I want to know how a person in my situation would carry on, because it's not perfect, exactly what I really want to do and I can't get the best out of myself right now. Thank you for your great videos btw ;)

@@greenanon4984 Dude shut up, lots people are born with autoimmune disease, genetically destined to get cancer, get in car accidents, depression, anxiety. Healthy lifestyle can reduce the chances of this but just like those people who are 100 years old smoke and drink, there are people who do everything right and still get cancer or heart disease. They shouldnt have to go bankrupt to get treatment, or get delayed treatment bc their insurer denies their claim. There is absolutely no reason other than greed we dont have medicare for all. I used to live in europe and the health care is so much better, cheaper, and faster

@@greenanon4984 “Blueprint” relies on literally dozens of doctors, nurses, and healthcare specialists. There is no Blueprint without an extreme amount of affordable medical care.
