Yes, everyone has personal preferences and that makes sense! This is a pretty full density wig, I'd compare it to the cap of Heidi in terms of how she feels - although, I too prefer sleek wigs and find with some tips and tricks Jon Renau wigs can lay nice and flat!!

I have a video on my tiktok of two Heidi's - one where I am holding Malibu blonde and wearing Laguna blonde and the difference was very noticeable. Maybe the retailer sent you the wrong color by mistake?

I’m 65 years of age and my crown is thinning which bothers me A LOT… I’m in search of a platinum, light greyish, with some strands of strawberry blonde; naturally curly turning into waves. How is your laguna blonde root seemingly so light, knots are not dark and noticeable either it seems in all the other laguna blonde or any California blonde color really??

I think Laguna Blonde is the lightest shade in their CA Blondes collection. I have other Laguna Blondes and this is almost identical in that very pale blonde color. It's very reactive to lighting, so if you've seen Laguna blonde in other lighting it may have looked darker?

I looked in the Admin tools facebook provides and it just says "multiple group rule violations" - we have multiple admins/moderators and facebook automaticaly takes certain actions sometimes. So, I am not sure. Is it possible you were posting sales posts during days when that isn't allowed? That's a common one. I will remove the block so that you can rejoin, but please be sure to adhere to the group rules.
