Layshaft bushes from eBay were the wrong size so had to fit the correct ones and reassemble the gearbox.

I've learned that lesson the hard way too. Cheap primary chain that soooo enjoyed stretching and thus eating its way into the cases on only a five mile test run...grr

Hmm, I have a cheap eBay primary chain running on my Bantam. I better pull the cover off and check it, last thing I want is that to come off doing 50mph on an A road.

Good to see it going back together. Did you line ream your new layshaft bearings? It still seemed a little bit tight once you screwed it together. May just be the perspective on the video. Best wishes, Dean.

Hi I bought the new bushes from Rex when I asked they said it shouldn't need reaming. With that blind bush I didn't fancy how good job I would do if I tried to ream it
