Hi Paul, I love seeing the workmanship and steel quality of these air rifles from long ago. It's good to know that people around then had access to great quality, accurate air rifles.

Hi thanks for this video , my uncle gave me one when i was younger ive had it for 11 yrs or so , ive been searching for info in this rifle , i will now make sure all that is well and hopefully can have some fun again , (i got the rifle and it was seized rusted wouldnt even cock when u pull the lever , finally got it to fire about 4yrs ago , i will now appreciate my one more now ) thanks agin for the video

Just dipped my toe into some vintage air rifles. I've bought two of these early BSAs, one in .177 (light) And the other in .22 (with a side button cocking lever). I should get them in a few days and really looking forward to using them. I have a chance of a Webley Service rifle but not sure about that one as it's over twice the price of one of the BSAs.
