And the only way to access Modern Warfare’s campaign is if I click “play offline” on the main opening screen. But of course Cold War is just fine. All they do on that one is smear their battle pass in your face. It’s ridiculous. Monetary offerings need to be completely separated from the game. I want to play with what I bought. I don’t want to be keep reminded of what I don’t have. It’s disrespectful as a gamer.

The thing that frustrates me so much here is the fact that you need to download so much shit to just play multiplayer. This is the only game that makes you do that and it pisses me off. And every once and a while, the game goes head and tells me I can’t play multiplayer because the multiplayer packs aren’t installed, but I never even touched any of the packs in the first place after installing them. Then I go ahead and reinstall the packs just for it to give me this problem here, resulting to me deleting the game and reinstalling absolutely everything. All of this to just play the multiplayer. The only game that does this shit. It’s mind boggling. Never had a game piss me off so much before.

If the game is on an external drive, delete it and download it on the internal ssd. Then make sure you install all the multiplayer add ons. It worked for me. After uninstalling, you first may have to go to storage in settings and un toggle the option that says “always install ps4 games on to usb external drive” so it can install on the internal ssd.

Call of duty has been a pain in the ass lately… but when you can’t play it try to download all MP packs and if MP doesn’t even show up or is “replaced” by vanguard, try to close app and try it again. That helped me, restore licenses in account management on Home Screen if you can!!

Hey everyone. Not sure if this will work for anyone but I finally found the missing pack. I moved over this game off of my Xbox One to my Xbox series x via a network transfer. The game and all the data packs I had were moved over. Unfortunately when trying to find this pack under my game and apps it only showed the data packs I had installed. When opening modern warfare it wouldn't allow me to do anything. When trying to access multiplayer, campaign, and even co-op, it would not allow me to visit the store, my manage data packs, and even loop to vanguard. When I checked the manage add-ons through my games and apps, it showed that no data packs were missing. To fix this it took me a few weeks and I figured it out. You can download the missing data pack 3 by accessing it through war zone. Start war zone, and visit your account by clicking on options. You will see under game, that there is a game install link. When you click this it will take you to the DLC pack window. You will see that multiplayer / special ops compatibility pack 2 is available for install. Click this and it will automatically change its name to data pack 3 in a new window. Go ahead and add this to your Xbox. Now this will not automatically install on its own. You have to go back to your managed installs via my games and apps. Then click on a modern warfare add-ons. Then you will see the data pack 3 way at the bottom of your list. Then you can install. Currently installing this now. Will let you guys know if this works for me. If you guys still need more help comment on this and I will try to make a video explaining the steps. Good luck guys. I will try to post this comment on as many missing DLC pack issue videos that I can find.

The video was great but it still didn’t fix the problem. I went to PlayStation Store into the add ons and downloaded the packs it needed me to. Once they finished, I loaded the game back up and it still said Installation suspended so I checked the add ons again and it showed that I needed to redownload THE SAME PACKS THAT JUST FINISHED! So I own Call of Duty Modern Warfare yet it says I have to install it for 60 bucks when the disk is in the console. I haven't played Call of Duty in 2 years now, and when I did, I was on the Xbox One, not the Series X like I am now. Yet it won't let me play. Even won't let me on the durn menu of the blasting game because it says I don't own it. The only thing I can play is Warzone yet I don't like Warzone, never did. Even when it first came out, I didn't like it. Everytime I try to play "Modern Warfare" it says I have to buy the game. I am not paying 60 bucks for a game I already own. How can I solve this issue? Because in the Microsoft Store on my Series X, it says I own the game but in the game I own and bought back in 2019, I have to spend 60 durn bucks.

Mate I got question. Because I dont have CoD MW. I only have Warzone and I can download it. What will happend if I will download all DLC without MW only with Warzone? I mean I can download all Special Ops, Campaign and Multiplayer pack's but I dont bought MW.
