Yes. Its a when attacking and need to be declared before SEC resolves. If the SEC had been a "Trump Sword" (even if he doesnt run it) the mirage would be the only unsuspended to die. At the same time, Melga players need to resolve draw triggers because they are not optional, so another note to keep in mind.

Yes, but I was so far ahead that I didn't want to try to fight it because it didnt matter in the long run. It was my bad on not declaring on the attack it fast enough before the check.

At 32:25 you actually should've gone down cause there is an errata on the bukamon where your opponent can't have digimon with EQUAL or more sources, since you both had 4 sources you unfortunately did not have jamming

The alternative play would have been to just to burst mode before attacking and the game would have ended the same way just delayed by 1 turn as it seemed like the garurumon player wasn't running removal. But the person also rule sharked on a mandatory trigger to miss so i am surprised that this wasn't caught by them, not that it was intentional and seemed like an honest mistake.
