BT50 Touring Display Build Rundown (Now known as 3VL4J)

This was a rundown on the Built Wyld Display BT50 just before handing over to the new owners. They have now done even more mods to it and are loving the car and the setup! Plenty of great brands used in this build, hit us up with any questions!

Hi Josh... The BT looks Tuff as mate! Well done... I see the tires are 33's... Wanting to put 285 70 17's on my 2022 Dmax but not sure on the legality... Is the a reason you went for the 33's when considering insuring the car? Your thoughts please... Just want to know if I'm good for the 285's or not... Cheers... ;)

what temps does this thing run at compared to stock when under load as this bar blocks a lot of airflow through the cooling system? Have you upgraded your cooling system to cope with this

Shit fit between bullbar and body?

The BT50/Dmax require and bigger gap between the bar and body due to more movement found between chassis and body with the bar. This bar was installed by PSR themselves and exactly to spec required for clearance. Manufacturers bars ask for 30mm gap and PSR tried to tighten that up, but a couple of their prototype bars ended up breaking headlights, so they then had to ensure the gap was bigger. The small changes they made since then mean the current versions of their bar can be a little closer, but the gap at the side between guard and bar is just a require on these and most new cars.
