I’m glad I lived through an era where I got to see Larry Hagman make some of the most memorable scenes in television history.

I could barely watch this, was in tears, Can tell he was so ill, There will never ever be another one like Larry Hagman, He was such a nice person, hard to believe he played such a ruthless villain for all those years, Hagman made Dallas, nobody will disagree with me

He was ill but played JR to the very end. Not many actors end up getting the role of a lifetime, he was one of the few who did.🤠

He took a page from JR and became one of the highest-paying TV stars at the time, and showed actors to know your worth!!!

Very talented intelligent fella. I miss his wonderful acting on Dallas. His acting on “I Dream of Jeannie” was hilarious. He did all his own stunts on the show.

We always had Dallas Parties. All my friends from work would come over on Friday night & we'd have food and wine and we watched Dallas, then after Knots Landing when it started. Love Larry Hagman. He was Dallas not to diminish the value of any other of the actors, they were all great. But Larry was a treasure

My favorite astronaut oil baron. My personal fan theory is that Tony Nelson wished to be a powerful Texas oil baron. The episode where Barbara Eden appears as one of J.R.'s jilted lovers is Jeannie getting revenge on Tony for all the times he tried to date other women. Maybe it was actually Jeannie's evil twin sister, getting back at Tony for marrying her goody two shoes sister.

Miss Ellie. The only woman J.R. was nice to. Heaven forbid any man treat Miss Ellie the way J.R. treated women.

Larry seems to had the same problem as Bea Arthur. The Golden Girls and Dallas are two of my favorite network shows. Through the years in interviews as they both got older, they had trouble speaking and they had a hard time forming sentences together. I want to remember them when they were younger and they both were able to talk. Larry was a great actor and Bea was a great actress, both of them will always be missed.

Recession during the Reagan administration? Um no. Reagan took over for Carter who had the country in a huge recession. Love ya Larry, but let’s call it right.
