Are different R700 parts compatible with each other from different companies? Like a magnum bolt from one company and a magnum barrel from another

Generally speaking, no. Usually being R700 footprint means the receivers can take the same triggers, internal mags/bottom metal setups, and stocks. Barrel tenon and bolts are usually specific to each action/manufacturer.

😂 Same. I have a serious dislike for 90 degree bolt lifts. I truly detest them.
