What a sexy build! It super clean and well-built. The only thing I would change is the lid on the rear diff. A flat lid has been proven to cause higher temps since the oil isn't being pushed upwards into the pinions/gears. An experienced mechanic showed a comparison between the flat and curved lids that were both made of plexiglass so it could be seen in action. Take care.

Lol fuck em! It’s speed engineering 1 7/8ths longtubes to x pipe out the cut outs. If I close the cut outs its routed back to two quiet magna-flows and it’s much quieter.

The girdle keep the bearings under tension. I'm doing a 14 bolt 6 lug under mine. The built 10 bolt did ok with a D1-SC at 600-650 whp but since I am doing a flip and Viking DA coilovers and spindles in the front and DA Viking shocks relocated it was the perfect time to upgrade my RCSB. Especially going turbo with that build. Then toss the 4.11 diff and hardened axles from the RCSB in my LQ9 milled PnP 243 Yukon.

So you're running the stage 4 LS1/LS2 car cam that has more lift not the lower lift truck cam? I've got a LQ9 that I'm putting worked 243 heads, and a ported Fast LSXRT on in a Yukon with 4.11 gears and a Yank SS3600. I know my Yukon is obviously heavier but how does this cam with the extra duration and lift behave over their truck cams? Because I was thinking just a Stage 3 truck cam. I have a Trailblazer that I built 5o be the rowdy one so the Yukon I'm building more to be a full size version of a Trailblazer SS.

Hey will this cam bolt straight into LS1 just with double springs and if so would it run with p_1sc procharger was going go turbo killer cam 237 243 112lsa but if this bolts in n works with procharger why not,also had same idea about the cutouts .but would the tune be off if U had it dyno tuned with cut outs shut then wanted give it a good go open??btw love it

Idk if you got yours painted already but if you use a scotch brite to scuff the chrome surface and use a self etching primer (i used Mar-Hyde self etching primer) for the chrome, then a couple coats of filler primer for plastic bumper and now primered chrome, then just took it to a local body shop and he shot it my factory color for about $200

Some have a cover, some don’t. If your model is suppose to have a cover, and you don’t have it then contact the manufacturer of that intake and get the piece your missing. It doesn’t really matter.
