Some fun notes: Festa is an annual week long celebration of the anniversary date of their debut. They hold huge fan meetings. (Like in stadiums) where there perform songs, play games, perform skits and gift ARMY with a new song. DDAENG was a free gift to ARMY uploaded to Soundcloud. Thousands of ARMYs attend. They also release fun stuff for a wolle week for their fans...lots of content. The costuming here was also a dig at haters who were saying they were losing their Korean roots because they had become so popular over seas. So they wore traditional handboks and fired shots. 🤣 I think the hard thing is sometimes when reading lyrics, we miss korean references. So if you run into a song you dont understand, there is probably an explained video. Look at the rapline like this: Suga will tell you to fuck off Rm will explain exactly how they would like you to fuck off Jhope will convince you its cool for you to fuck off. 🤣 React to Outro Tear: live at Wembley ...its one of my favorites. Cyphers 1-4 will give you a chance to hear very early BTS and how they grow over a few years. Then react to Cypher Medley Live! I'm 56. I've been ARMY since late 2017 and have seen them several times in concert. They are ridiculously amazing both the rappers and vocalists. Wait to you find the vocal line!

I swear you saying real recognizes real is the truth because before I became a BTS army, I definitely was a fan of other artists rather than listening solely to them. I have diversified songs I listen to and BTS is my top 1. I’ve been to many concerts and their professionalism is crazy. Their set list is crazy and they perform back to back to back with full performances. Not to mention the meaning they put to every songs, there’s legit substance. I get why people hate, people hate because they don’t understand or there’s just that unconscious bias. But hey! People will recognize them more, the more they put out their music. I knew you'd like RM. This song unfortunately is not on spotify (yet) and was basically a gift for their 2018 FESTA (FESTA is a period around their debut anniversary where they basically celebrate their debut) and this performance as you read is from a "party" they did that year to celebrate with us ARMYs so it's not really considered a concert. They also performed this song in 2019 with all 7 members and Jungkook (the main vocalist) did RM's iconic part and did him justice. Now if you want to continue reacting here are some suggestions I think you'd like: - If you want to get introduced to all 7 of them I'd suggest you do "Black Swan" (trap song, from the same album as UGH! but don't let that fool you, they're nothing alike) and Run BTS who are newer. - If you want early BTS I just want to warn you bc it's different. Most of the songs from the albums "2 Cool 4 Skool", "O!RUL8,2?" and "Skool Luv Affair" would do - If you want more rap line you could do the 4 cyphers - Also hardcore rap fans always love Agust D's (aka SUGA) "Agust D" and "Dachwita" songs if you'd like to get into any other rap line member

RM, the one in glasses is BTS leader. He used to be an underground rapper named Runch Randa. He was the first one casted to be BTS. His first stage name was Rap Monster. And that’s because as you see he is a monster in rapping. The 3 of them are 🔥🔥🔥

Ok, last comment :) - RM is deep as hell. He uses words and sounds from multiple languages for layers of meaning. He is freakin brilliant. They are all unique and super talented, but they’re good people who care about us, each other, and the world.

If you’re open for recommendations my favorite BTS rapline songs are “outro :Tear” and “cypher pt.3 : Killer” Outro: Tear has a deeper meaning. As they were writing and recording the song while thinking of disbanding.(which they didn’t but it’s raw emotions and hits deep) ‘Cypher pt.3: killer’ .. u just gotta take it as it comes. Full blast and enjoy them spitting facts. It goes HARDDDD

You can always tell who’s a real music lover by their genuineness. replaying means you want to get every detail down, & you did. Catching their wordplay, tone, lyricism, & stage presence 🥲 I love that about ur reactions, just relatable, honest, appreciative, & giving them their well needed flowers. glad to see you enjoying them as much as I have when I first went down the purple rabbit hole 😭

RM and Suga were underground rappers so they were pilloried by the Korean Hip Hop community for selling out to become idols. A lot of their lyrics are aimed at the Korean Hip Hop community for looking down on them. RM used to be Rap Monster until he changed it to RM a few years later. If J Hope's idol is J Cole, RM's idol is Nas.

Also, Army can smell a FRAUD REAL QUICK, so until then, we are enjoying your content. Keep doing you. I have to say I am amazed at the number of views for your BTS videos. Even newbies don't get these many views in the beginning. I've been watching reactors to BTS for 5 years and only a few have gotten this many comments and views off rip. Keep doin you! React to whoever you want. We are here for it. It's your personality and honesty that counts. I am guessing Mic Drop might be coming up soon. It's one of their response to haters. In Korea, Suga and RM got so much flak for leaving the underground scene to go mainstream. The group as a whole get crap as a "boyband" even though they write their melodies, lyrics AND beats. Their label's CEO is a former songwriter himself who lets them create. If you are ready to see the other members shine, maybe Born Singer, House of Cards and Truth Untold. EDIT: Whoops just reached the end of your video. Glad you enjoyed Mic Drop.

The part where RM is stuttering while rapping - he's basically making fun of people who at first insulted them when they were small then suddenly when BTS became big, they want to apologize and be all nice to them. They're calling out all the fakes in the companies and entertainment industry. He's making fun of how they apologize, stuttering and shit. RM's not even raising his voice in the song because he doesn’t have anything to prove to anyone, it’s like “I’ll just give you this real quick, don’t even worry about it” 😂😂

Seriously appreciate the beginning of the video. We know that ARMY may be a little intense sometimes but it's because we see and love BTS artistry, their passion, their talents and their love for music and we wish more people saw past the kpop label and actually heard them from what they are. Sadly many use Army for the clout we inevitably bring so it has been nice to see you are genuinely passionate about their lyricism and rhythm and are open-minded to listen to them. So thank you. Don't feel pressure to keep on reacting to them but if you look for suggestions you should listen Outro:Tear, their live presentation at Wembley. It is a heartbreaking song that Suga wrote when they were considering disbanding after a really emotionally hard year. Also I am sure you will love the Cyphers presentations, there are 4 of them and they will completely show you more of the rap line side. Also if you want to check out the other members aka the vocal line, and how well the 7 complement each other, I may recommend you: Mic Drop, Black Swan, Silver Spoon, Born Singer (a cover they did of JCole's Born Sinner), Young Forever, Pied Piper and Run BTS, just to name a few 😅 And if you wish to explore more of their story, how they went from underdogs to what they are today there are some good videos explaining it or you can ask us, we are always eager to share them with the world because they deserve all the love and respect. 💜

The one who was wearing glasses and you found really cool was RM. He's the leader of BTS, he's all about poetry and Rhythm. We also call him the back bone of BTS as most of the songs have been written by him, in fact the song with which BTS debuted (No more Dream which you will enjoy I'm sure) was a song he wrote during (i think) high school time, in a park. Man is CRAZY for word plays, he's seriously crazy. His songs always have many interpretation so you can take it like any way you want. He's absolutely amazing for it. Since you saw the explanation video, you can see how much of a genius he is since he used 7 meanings in a single verse. He plays with his lyrics so since you appreciate lyrics you'll absolutely love his songs. If you need rap than Monster and Change is the one you can check out. I personally love his songs like Seoul, wild flower, closer, Tokyo, etc. He recently had an album out named indigo (title track wild flower), and an album named mono from before. A new song of his is coming tomorrow (14th Match) in collaboration with an indie singer. The song name is "Smoke Sprite" Hope you'll like them

Love the real recognize real! See how easy it is to fall in love of their music, the lyrical ability and they do their own beats, compose and produce all their own shit but they stay humble but proud. Their is a reason that their fan base, ARMY, is estimated to be over 60 million strong. I am a 47yr old mom of 3 girls in their early 20’s. There is a saying that BTS finds you when you need them most. Their music and their love of their fans is what helped me through a very dark and painful part of my life. Welcome to ARMY 💜💜💜. Thank you for taking the time and going the extra mile for understanding the meaning and behind the meaning of their lyrics. 💜

Thanks for the great reaction and for appreciating their lyricism and artistry. RM has said that he doesn’t have interest in creating “easy” music, but rather music that has enough depth for a listener to continue getting more from it each time they hear the song. I enjoy most of their songs on first or second listen, but one of the things I love most about BTS is that if I put in the work to explore the lyrics and listen attentively to the music, I constantly find new components to appreciate. I’m never bored with their music because there’s always something new to discover, even if I’ve heard a song a gozillion times! 💜💜

Another awesome reaction. It’s so exciting to fall down the rabbit hole with you. As you say, real knows real and you can just see it in your eyes and smile that you feel what we all felt when we first listened to and watched BTS for the first time. Almost all of ARMY can probably share a story of that hate we got from friends/family when we found them, got excited and wanted to shout to the world how amazing they are. BTS themselves got so much hate over the years, but the real you see IS really there. They are art in every sense of the word and I’m so here for it. So if it makes you happy, you definitely don’t have to explain it to anyone else. Can’t wait for your other reaction videos. I’m sure you’re getting tons of requests/suggestions - just have fun discovering them YOUR WAY. There’s no right way to fall down the rabbit hole 💜 Hip-Hop Phile is freaking amazing and they were so young! But they pay homage to hip hop culture and tell their own stories of how they came to love hip hop. So I highly recommend that one, plus it’s a freakin bop. And I can’t wait to see you lose it on Daeschiwta by Agust D (aka SUGA). If that shit had been Western, it would a won a Grammy AND an Oscar 😂. DKDTV has a explainer video on that one too. Love your true love for our universal language - music 💜

I like to write myself, so I absolutely LOVE the wordplay in this song (actually it's not limited to this song) but RMs stutter-verse is absolutely insane and fkn genius. He always impresses me, because he's doing all this rap, rhyme & wordplay in two languages. I can say this - I LOVE a lot of different music & bands, but never have I geeked out so much on lyrics. I pay SO much attention to them after figuring out how intricately they weave their words - they all have a talent for lyrics but RM is on another level. Dead ass I'd love to write something with him someday. I'm more a fiction writer than lyrics but just to be able to pick his brain, and understand how he views the world, would be amazing. There is a version of this done by the vocal line, that's worth seeing too - it's more on the unserious side, and it really showcases the vocalists talents to go into a different form of vocalization than they're used too. They do a pretty solid job, some more than others but they all have the potential for rap if they just continue to practice

I've been watching BTS reaction videos since 2016. Let me tell you, I know when a reactor is doing it for cloud and when they really enjoy it. It's quite easy in fact, they just focus on the visuals, they "vibe" with the music, but don't pay attention to the lyrics, they don't care to focus so they don't pause and talk over the video clearly missing a lot of things. THAT'S why I know you are being for real, because one don't put all that effort if one don't care. Takes time and energy, if you are not interested you can't engage like that. Believe me, ARMY will watch videos that are over an HOUR just to share the experience of discovering BTS and enjoy the happiness being spread, so don't worry about negative comments, real ARMYs know best, we will join you through this journey.
