Great reaction as always. The thing with BTS is that not only are their songs in sequential order in each album but their albums are sequential as well and all tell a story. You should try listening to them in order and you will be blown away as I was.

THAN EACH INDIVIDUAL SONG HAVING ITS OWN MEANING, THERE'S A STORY, IT MAYBE DIFFICULT TO GAUGE WHAT A SONG MEANS WHITOUT LISTENING THE WHOLE ALBUM, WITHOUT LISTENING TO THE ENTIRE STORY ARC" This song is insane LIVE, never forget they're much better Live (always). You don't understand how iconic this song is. It blew up around the world AND in South Korea, where they were largely ignored. The song was so popular, it was being used on almost every variety show in the country. Its still a popular song today, and it's the filler music for cooking shows, and variety shows still.

I just wanna say thank you to you guys for a couple of specific reasons. First of all, you’re so on point with recognising BTS as the artists they want to be and it’s extremely admirable that you both really take the time to understand what you’re watching and give BTS and their art the time and effort they deserve. Secondly, I want to highlight something I saw the other day which really made me respect you as creators. I think it was on a community post (could be wrong, don’t remember 100%) but someone asked for a Nicki reaction and you responded with something like “Nicki videos don’t get us the views we want unfortunately.” That may seem like a simple and unremarkable statement, but as an army who watches reaction videos for BTS often and have done for years at this point, I just want to say I really respect your honesty and straight up, no bs approach to addressing something like that. Too often reaction channels discover BTS and the views they bring in then they go on this rampage of videos and fake, ott reactions, without a lot of depth or effort, which are CLEARLY meant to drag in views by pandering to the fandom, despite there being no desire to actually learn about BTS. But you guys are not only honest about your intentions (I mean what content creator wouldn’t want views) but you back up your authenticity by putting time, effort and respect into what you’re doing and the people you’re watching. You come across, intelligent, articulate and authentically positive. Thank you for being great humans ☺️💜 Oh and P.S. thank you so so much for not going into watching BTS with a painfully cringe and stereotypical image and expectation of who they are and what they’re about. That seems like such a simple thing “don’t judge a book by it’s cover” and all that.. but unfortunately a lot of people go in with preconceived notions and/or end up making extremely ignorant statements. So thank you again for being good humans! 😂💜

🔥 11:50 BTS were called dirty spoons in their humble beginnings, because they were from a small company. Suga said in an interview that other idols, who came from wealthier companies, asked them about the brands of their “designer“ Shirts. But he couldn‘t answer it, because it was just a few dollars worth no name Shirt. It was all about money and a higher status. The were looked down upon by the other companies, idols and the society in korea in general. BTS reference the spoons a few times in their songs, for example also in Mic Drop in J-Hope‘s verse. Congrats on 10k 🥳

🔥🔥I LOVE FIRE! It such a great track for a night out, yet it's all about encouraging the “scared” and “miserable” to lift up their fists and “go crazy.” - meaning you don't HAVE to live and be what your parents/society dictates, but it's okay to live your life and find your own dreams. BTS encourages people to study, but do it for your own sake and if you like it - and if not, or you have another dream then that's fine too. Be who you are and go for that dream. That's also "studying"/working towards your goals. Suicide rates were some of the highest in South Korea at that time - a lot probably due to high expectation and exhaustion on something that might just be society's drem and not your own, so I think it's great that they address it.

🔥Ahem...haha yes the car falling...haha but anyway, this song and Baepsae (silver spoon) are on the same album "Young Forever". Another cool thing about BTS which Suga mentioned during their interview with the Grammy Museum is that their albums tell a story and it is good to listen to the album as a whole to get the whole story of each song. So song comes after Baepsae on the album. And the phrase at the end of the MV "Boy Meeys What" is hinting to the next album that comes after "Young Forever".

To me the only label you have is your name and you get to decide how you put your name out there. Everything else is just you if you decide its part of yout being and if people know you or get to know you, then they know those parts of you and don't have to label yourself with anything. There's just too many labels in this world and it just ends up being divisive. So thank you for saying something 💜💜

The thing is after watching BTS for a while you are becoming more like them as we all are: we drop the mask & are more open, we say screw cynicism & meanness, we open our minds & hearts to the world & all kinds of music! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I want to give you my interpretation. I believe that the shadowy figure represents the K-pop music industry. The song is still relevant today as they take on the whole western music industry. I think they are saying we’re gonna burn it (the corrupt music industry) all down Bow Wow Wow! And they are doing just that. Jin said can’t we just make music honestly? And that’s what they are trying to do. If you know anything about the horrible things that the K-pop industry, the Korean media and the K-pop fans did to BTS for years you’ll appreciate this song much more! Fun crackheads with deep messaging. You picked up the line it is ok to be a loser but I am not sure hit on the source of who was doing the calling out. I believe it is tied to the crow tit/ stork issue discussed in Baepsae. You see toilet paper burning the word youth on the fence. BTS to me is advocating for young people to not be trapped by the expectations placed on them but to go out, be themselves, perhaps make mistakes, and burn up their youth because it will burn up anyway if becomes trapped in other's expectations. Suga finishes the song I'll forgive you. So to me it is parents and society calling the younger generation losers. P.S., one of BTS's best songs "So What" pretty much follows up on this idea. I recommend you watch it live with English subs as there is no video. To me it is one of BTS's most fun performance songs.

Exactly! Others labeling peeps as losers is the comment of a coward. If you haven't burned it down once or two times in your life you aren't living. Suga's " I'll forgive you " is perfect and should be said more often. Stay well
