I've read the book, I seen movies, and I've watched live performances. By far this was my favorite live version of Peter Pan. All the love for the cast, crew, fairies, and taxis.

Love how routine it actually looks behind stage. Total chaos, perfectly rehearsed and replicable.

I seriously love this and the Goes Wrong show. I just wish I was able to watch this in NYC while it was still showing. 😢

I watched this at Christmas last year in the west end and I enjoyed it so much! Definitely better in person (even though it’s amazing on screen too)

man the energy backstage!!!! love the focus, and the clean pulls, so so so good. Were the pulls cued by a manager, or were they directly cued by the actor’s dialogue?

Probably a mixture of both. Plays are usually a cooperative thing so everyone works together to make sure everything runs smoothly, or in this performances’ case, not so smoothly.

dude, i had basically the same experience you did. not quite the sane with anxiety, but i definitely had anxiety all throughout high school and the later part of middle school. i was a great student, never missed class, not often late, always got in my work (though often it was either VERY last minute or past the deadline, but teachers rarely took off marks for that). i was not loud out of turn or disruptive like some guys in my class were. in elementary, like third grade specifically, my parents got me tested to see if i was gifted because i would spend class drawing rather than listening (i was using the drawing to help me listen, but they didn’t get that) and my third grade teacher was always frustrated that i was a fidgety kid. i remember being like 9 thinking i had short term memory loss because i would forget things so easily. anxiety and stress were definitely my main motivating factors for getting shit done, until college when i suddenly had more freedom to skip class, which was obviously easier than outright dealing with the anxiety. i’ve since failed out lol, but i’m in a much better place now and am getting to a point where i can work with my adhd rather than against it.
