basically, the mv has nothing much to do with the song but everything to do with the BU, plus the song isn’t necessarily about a girl or a significant other, joon said he actually intended for the lyrics to be “I need you, friend” but it didn’t fit well

This song brings back memories of their first win in music shows. BTS went all out in promoting this song and they are all beginning to look charming at this stage. Pdogg, Bang PD and choreographer Song Seongdeuk cited "I Need You*:as their favourite song coz it was considered a breakthrough song of all sorts and they all cried including the crew when they got their first win. After this, began the fortunes of the company. Also, the choreography is mastered by all idols wannabe coz it's really so good
