it's so fascinating watching the drawing go from a simple sketch to the completed masterpiece ;-; amazing work kappa also i picked up some good techniques - the line thing seems really helpful in getting positioning right!

omg, it looks sooo good! 😍 You're definitely my new inspiration. How do you pick your own colors? I've always wanted to try but right as I start painting I lose confidence.

thank you! i'm glad you like my colors > < i don't know why but yt always changes the colors in my video slightly;; it's hard to describe exactly how i pick my own colors. right now, i kinda just throw all kinds of colors on there and blend it out with a more neutral color. i started out just enhancing the colors in a ref, to referencing other photos for their colors, to now just directly choosing them according to my own preferences/vision. i believe it's just something you get from experience and learning your own preferences.. it might take some time but i believe you can do it! jump right into painting and don't worry about choosing the "wrong" color, ctrl+u is your best friend~ you can adjust any color at all with a couple of sliders ^^b
