SunTree thank you explaining this but let me just to clear up a few things: rm did go first in singing the song, he started off the chorus. people didn’t hate bts bc they were from underground (only 2 people were; suga and rm) they hated on those two bc they left to become idols and said they were sell outs. (suga disses back in his song agust d) they didn’t hate them bc they were from a small company, they just didn’t take them seriously. also, rich city or not, that doesn’t guarantee popularity. you pointing out the korean music industry part is correct, they will treat like shit if you’re a nobody and will start kissing ass once you start becoming popular. social status is a very big thing.
