Had my first sparring today it was supposed to be technical but mf was profesional light wieght he showed no mercy , trust me full power hook to the chin is all it took and i got scared and qestioned myself and wanted to quit , Man it felt horrible , Got black bruises on all up my face, jaw is hurting prerrt bad,Got humbled , but finished 3 rounds

I got in a fight with another woman for pushing my 5 year old daughter out of her way and she fell 😶 The adrenaline rush kept me from actually feeling the punch in the moment but after I knocked her out is when I started feeling the aching on my face, it does not feel good, but not the worse pain.

I know there is an ongoing joke about how khans chin is made of glass and i in no way intend to stop that but looking back at khans fights his chin genuinely isn't that bad. He has been rocked a few times but if I'm remembering correctly he's only been knocked out clean once by Canelo. Any others were tkos correct me if im wrong.

I took a knockout hit to the nose in rugby, some giant twice my size dove head first to my face. my eyes watered from the pain, felt it in my teeth and the back of my skull. I feel like a punch to the face will never come close to that experience.

The only time I was really full-force punched in the face, I couldn't see. That was the worst part. It stung quite a bit but it was my eyes tearing up & my nose running that felt disabling. That makes me concerned about stepping in the ring.
