Yummy! I didn’t realise you could cool it and shape into Patties and re-fry. I usually just fry it up (step one). I’ll try this one day! 🇦🇺

Exactly, yes forming them in cakes is maybe a little better for presentation, they are yum though 😊

I’m setting you a challenge: can you please do a gluten-free beef, ale & parsnip pudding????? A non gluggy light crispy one? (I’ve found a gluten-free beer at my local liquor store - Obrien Brown Ale or schnitzer brau.) I’ve never made a steam pudding though and certainly not with gluten-free flour so I though ….let Dom experiment in his kitchen and when he’s perfected it, make his version! 😅

Hey Sharon, thanks a lot for the message, yes so later on in the year I’m going to do a pie series; it’s starting to get a little bit warmer here in the UK so really going out of pie season, but when I do them later in the year let me give it a whirl. Thank you 🙏

@@DomBill1 aaah of course. We’re heading into winter in June. How about a goats cheese and roast beetroot terrine then ? Can you do one of those for the warmer UK weather?
