Thank you for the recipe! My grandma used to make them in firewood oven with jam, sweet cottage cheese and poppy seeds, but I have never had courage to make them myself. Well done for making them so fluffy even with gluten free flour!

Powidelbuchteln, that was what aunt Mariechen, grown up in Sudetenland, called them. She taught me to make them. Delischious
