@@Strive2Survive I really lucked out. Just a few years ago I bought a yellow handle 303 from eBay. I remember I didn’t pay much for it. The other day I went to Buck’s website and looked the year that it was made. It is 1972-1986. They probably made better knives back then than nowadays. I bought it no more than 4 years ago. A man has a video on KZbin old versus new the Buck 301. Very interesting video. Thought I would tell you.

Great knife and story. The stockman pattern is the best traditional knife pattern in my opinion.
