This week's guest is a wonderful human named Parker who wanted to share her story of detransitioning, and the reason she thought she was trans in the first place. Remember how important these stories are for so many people around you who might be about to make the same mistake as our detrans brothers and sisters. Please share some love for Parker in the comments and if you can, consider helping her out below!

------------------------------
If you think you're trans, think again. Then think again. Talk to a professional. Talk to a loved one. Then think even more. Transitioning is a serious life-altering situation, and it should never be taken lightly. If you are confused or depressed because you feel you might be trans, you need to make sure that transitioning is truly what is best for you, because the mental anguish you feel now will be even worse if you transition and realize you made a huge mistake.

I can’t even imagine what it’s like but I can sympathize with not being happy in your own body because something beyond your own control and in a doctors hands scarred you for life. I have a permanently pinched and dilated Fallopian tube from a botched c section that nearly killed me. It causes me pain every single day. I’ve got kids of my own too and I also know what it’s like being technically homeless with babies, it’s hard but it’s gonna be okay ❤ I was very fortunate to have my mom, even though it was a screaming match every other day, we still never went without a roof and thanks to the kindness of others I was able to provide a home for my boys, and for myself. I know it’s cliché, but it really does get better. And the phrase that personally got me through a lot of that was this too shall pass and better things are on the horizon. The universe has a way of getting things out of the way that are blocking your blessings. Even when it seems like darkness and chaos. Many blessings on you and on your family and on getting your top surgery fixed. ❤

I’m a masculine woman and I like men. Yes you can do that. Most men I’ve been with don’t care. Most people will like you for who you are. That’s why there is no need to change your gender, except in extremely rare cases, when people have gender dysphoria. It’s ok to be a manly looking woman or a womanly looking man. Strangely enough, feminine men often like masculine women, but it’s not exclusive to them.

The only people who should be transitioning are rare cases. Sexuality is important. The most successful and passable transsexuals are same bio sex attracted. Look at Blaire White or Janet Mock. It’s clear they are TS. Then you have a heterosexual transitioner like the game stop ma’am pretending to be the same thing. Some of the autohomoerotic FTM who like men need to transition, but the rise of hentai porn has these young STRAIGHT girls jumping into transition to become “gay men”. Feminist indoctrination doesn’t help. These young girls are told straight cis men are patriarchal oppressors so they see this as a way out, plus they can still like men! Add in the autogynephile heterosexual males who are transitioning and you have the trans circus we see today. A decade ago most of these people wouldn’t have transitioned. All the crazy we see today is because of less affected or completely non dysphoric people claiming trans just solely based on if they are masculine or feminine or have certain interests. The sexed body dysphoria isn’t even mentioned as much now, it’s all about social construction and “gender roles”. 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Lala Emm I also like just being a housewife (it’s now an old fashion term) I am lucky enough that my man makes enough money for me to be home and take care of our home. We are not rich by any means, but he has a very demanding job and likes having support from me. I’m not into having a carrier and all the stress that comes with it. I rather just take care of him and myself. I’ve played video games too, right now my favorite game is Disco Elysium which is a grim dystopian world that these people are trying to create. If you haven played it you should try it. I don’t like makeup, it makes me feel like I’m a cake with a frosting on my face, I am now also highly allergic to most makeup and my glands swell up, tears fall down my face and it just turns into a mess. I used to be able to wear makeup, but now I really can’t. Also I used to work with a lot of drag queens in strip clubs when I was younger, I can say out of the ~20 I knew for over a 5 year period, only 2 felt like real women, they used to call themselves “chicks with d_i_c_k_s.” Even they though I was one of them, but said I could be one of them anyway, little did I know how lucky I was. They can be a lot of fun, but if they didn’t like a girl, they would band together and mercilessly harass and run girls out of the club. I saw girls literally run out out of the club in tears. They are men and they can be brutal. Parents and teachers that think they belong in schools, are incredibly naive. They could also work 12 days a week, whereas women are usually exhausted after 4 days, so yes they win all the time. I saw Dylan Mulvany say somewhere, that trans-women get murder at a higher rate than anyone else, (I don’t know if those statistic is true), but it might be because generally speaking their behavior is a lot riskier than women. I mean a lot. Even masculine women are not prone to their risky behavior.

Periods which are not only inconvenient but in many cases very painful to the extent that going to school is impossible. As you go through life, You may feel like you lost yourself. You may hate yourself. You may hate everything about yourself. 1. Those feelings don't last forever (they may feel like they do). 2. In the end... it's all apart of the journey. 3. And here's what I find helpful to get through those times...; or here are some places you may find resources.... Bring up the positive sides and helpful tools, wisdom, etc. and different ways on how to navigate through our various stages of life (and the various ways those stages may appear, etc.) Life is tough, and it just seems like there are few people (or access to them) or organizations which help young people (or even adults) navigate difficulties/struggles of/in human life.

@@mikclayton9814 The media has different fads about what they focus on, regardless of how prevalent or uncommon it is. Anorexia Nervosa is ten times more common than being transgender. In fact, Autism while it gets a ton of attention- affects 1% of the population. Being transgender (not just transsexual-but identifying as non binary- no drugs or surgeries-included) is 0.5 % of the population. There are over 400 million people in the US. 1.6 million are trans. It’s extremely uncommon- only half as uncommon as Autism, and ten times less common than Anorexia. Just, as soon as something gets clicks and sells papers and books- the media drops the last thing or tones down coverage and rushes to the next dramatic or controversial thing, no matter how rare or uncommon it is.

65 yo male here. My confusion over this issue as a conservative is huge. I feel very uncomfortable giving my opinion. Being conservative has nothing to do with being transphobic, racist or narrow minded. I just couldn’t understand why parents, schools and doctors wanted kids to rush headlong into such a dangerous journey. It seems now to me that doctors and narcissistic individuals have teamed up for money and ego. Thank you Buck and Parker for this wonderful video with two angels that have broadened my perspective.

I think it is truly a non-political issue. As a traditional left leaning person (who strongly distances from the neo authoritian left movement), I am equally uncomfortable speaking my opinion. But when it comes down to it, the health and safety of kids is on the line. When doctors are able to act so wholy outside of ethical practices, the world should be sounding alarms. But there's very little push back against the atrocities of the past ten years of 'gender affirming care'.

Both sides have come to be identified by their extremes. And both extremes have lost sight of nuance and honesty. I really think this is the only result we'll get as long as we have a 2 party system. And I also think that the good vs evil trope has poisoned our minds. Very little in this life is black or white. We live in a gray world and we spend our time arguing over whether that gray is white or this gray is black, on and on. We all basically want the same things... a little love, a little respect, a little peace... I just dont understand why we as humans make everything so much more complicated than it should be. I've always been a lefty and my cousin has always been a righty. The last time we hung out we both agreed that we are disgusted with our own parties and families and communities. And we both agreed we fall more and more in the middle every day. I can only hope most others are coming to the same conclusions. Here's to being reasonable and realistic and creating a better world for the kids.

It seems fairly common for the surgeries not to work out. Meaning lots of complications and botched scars. The Doctors get away with it because the TPLUS keep the lie going that it either doesn’t happen or they say it’s fine. It will be fixed. It’s not doctors fault even when it’s clear these medical professionals know that the outcome will never make them the sex they wish they were. Or get conned into thinking it will fix whatever problem they have. The TPLUS cult love bombs and if you go “against” it by not subscribing to ALL that they are selling then you get banished and they go after you. Make your life hell. Many of them know that the concept of TPLUS is bogus. It’s a lie. It’s a false ideology that was created by pedo Doctors like Dr. Money, that has been twisted every which way. Nurture can’t beat nature to the point one denies biology. Mental illness to sexual fetish is the basis of TPLUS. Having a mental illness doesn’t make one a bad person but it can if your mental illness harms others by one promoting harmful ideologies, laws, unnecessary medical treatments…the sexual fetish can be bad and society doesn’t need people flaunting them out in public. Especially during daylight hours. Leave that for the night life at the club or parades at night.

The side by side between Buck and Parker that I've found to be another useful comparison is the effect of testosterone on each of them. As horrible as it is, looking at detransitioners and so-far-successful transitioners seems to make the case for me that there is a physiological root for "true" transgenderism. As in, those who are wired to positively accept hormones opposite of their natal sex do not detransition. They have a "physiochemical sex" (more on that on my channel) that is opposite of their genital sex- a sex disorder- and cross sex hormones actually help rather than harm them. I've been on T for 4 years as a biological female; I started at 31. I actually dropped weight, do not experience the sweats, and aside from a little trouble with sleep (which happens in menopause, which I now am in due to the ceasing of menstruation), my mental health has been phenomenal. I do not have the crashes or other negative side effects that detransitioners talk about. I believe that I am one of those people who have a sex disorder in that, while I am female, I respond better overall on testosterone. No history of CSA, either. I think it's crucial to compare these notes and make it well known that the people who are successful with HRT are NOT the norm, and to show people what it looks like when it's unsuccessful so they can make properly informed decisions. Thank you, Buck and Parker 🙏

What is REAL LOVE? - have we all forgotten it? - sure we have. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. Acts 15:29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well. 1 Thessalonians 4:3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: NOWHERE does the bible says that: love = fornication. lgbtq++ and pedophiles - pardon me here, but i do not see difference. Masons are know pedophiles who pushed their mindset to the ignorant naively believing masses - us , the population of humans. I had to jump through hoops before he would even let me do just a small dose of it. Make sure I was healthy enough to take it, and told me all the risks involved if I take to much. Its not that great for a bio man to take it, especially for a long period of time. How can they just act so nonchalant about this. At least check to make sure they are healthy enough first, then let them know the risks involved. This whole thing with giving it to children, breaks my heart. I am so glad you are all doing this, at least letting people know the risks, seems some of these Drs only want the money and don't actually care about their health.

We will love and support her no matter what. As of now she is loving life and nature . Social media is destroying kids. She is high functioning autistic and has wonderful support from her family.

She needs to find an attorney who will get paid only if she gets paid in the lawsuit. It would be worth doing that then nothing and letting them literally do a horrible job on surgeries and throw them out the doors like that. Oh my god, these poor souls. What atrocious abuse of a vulnerable human being these people profiting off these things. I truly hope she finds a way to hire an attorney and prosecute these doctors to the fullest extent. Criminal charges need to be brought up against them, medical malpractice, damages, whatever possible should be sought.

I still remember meeting the secretary at my mom's office Terry. I adored her She was a butch old school lesbian and was so smart and kind and put together. That's the impression I had of her as a 5 year old. I was a Tom boy and very graceless as a child. Seeing and knowing Terry subtlety showed me it was ok to have short hair and wear pants and button downs. Even my mom wore her hair short and had a perpetual uniform of black slacks and array of powerfully patterned tops and blazers. And she was married to my dad for 54 years. Clothes and hobbies do not make the gender/sexuality presentation. Surprisingly sex and personal details never came up besides her mentioning a partner...this was the 80s and I was 5 years old. It was until years later that I put it together. I thought she lived with a lady like the golden girls and partners meant they did business stuff at home. People like Parker are amazing and should be the role models we put in front of our children....not to indoctrinate but to just quietly project that we come in all shapes and sizes and you're beautiful just the way you are. @@rebelleparrish4937 This comment is EVERYTHING and SO important! Representation should be just seeing different kinds of people with different lifestyles and opinions out in the real world in your day-to-day life. NOT indoctrinating people, especially our youth, by shoving only ONE narrative down everyone's throats, in every aspect of their life and demonizing opposing views and opinions. This world and especially this country, has strayed SO far from what it was and its founding principles. We are losing our freedom and individuality! Our freedom of speech is all but gone, freedom of press is destroyed by censorship and propaganda, and freedom of religion is under constant vicious attack. Gone are the times of embracing our differences of opinions and having meaningful peaceful conversations to understand one another. Now we are taught, if someone doesn't hold the same opinions and beliefs you do, that they are the enemy, they are evil, bad people, and to not listen to anything they have to say. This breeds a dangerous society of division, anger, and ignorance and is completely unhealthy and disfunctional to run a multicultural country.

It probably is our current culture that seems to have moved back towards sex stereotypes so that young girls and women can feel/think that to be “a woman” is to wear certain things, look a certain way, act a certain way, have certain interests etc. So when they don’t fit those stereotypes they start to seriously question “Am I even a girl/woman?” and feel the way they are is “wrong” somehow. The reality is that the ONLY thing women have in common is our BIOLOGY everything else can depend on the individual woman. So there is no “correct” way to be female and anyone who says there is, is ONLY thinking stereotypically as there are plenty of women who don’t fit any so-called “woman” mould and yet are 100% women. Be proud of who you are, 100% woman, 100% female and you get to decide how to be a woman in the world.

And win truly will save people in the end. Which I know that’s already what this channel does, and Buck is so wholesome and amazing, but a bigger production outside (lol and insides, don’t leave us out!) of the channel here might actually reach some people stuck in their bubbles. So I was diagnosed with BPD 20 years ago, and THIS is what I’ve been trying desperately to make people understand! THIS is (1 of) my main issues with transitioning young people-(& even adults too quickly) is because I know from experience there’s so many mental health issues that can lead someone to feel a sense of dysphoria, or struggle with their bodies, etc.. PARTICULARLY WITH BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER! It’s literally part of the diagnostic criteria- it’s a core feature- that we struggle with identity disturbance! It’s essentially like going through life with this constant nagging feeling that you just have no dam clue who you are or who you’re supposed to be. & it’s pervasive- it doesn’t really go away! You just lack that sense of self. And I think back to when I was younger- I’d say around 14/15/16 is when it was the worst- & just this never ending feeling of like just being lost., I constantly felt like an imposter! I mean, I legit can remember having conversations with myself as a teen, wondering like “am I just a poser”- and I STILL, as a grown married woman & mother, feel like that at times! feeling like I’m just the biggest fraud in the world! It’s so confusing, and so hard to explain. But you just never feel totally right within yourself- no clear sense of who you are- and who you are , & what you like, is this CONSTANT evolving thing! Even my kids notice it… they’ve said things to me before lile “mommy whenever you spend alot of time with aunt Jamey you start acting like her”.. they’ve told me the way I speak changes, sometimes even the way I dress., I mean, .. anyone who wants to take up a hobby just let me know what you’re looking to get into and chances are I can assist you & provide you with material’s because, my ever changing identity has led me to becoming a baker, a cake decorator, a wreath maker, a gardener, a makeup artist, a therapist, a diy’er, and many many- & that’s not including things I felt so excited about & was sure it’s who I was that just as quickly as it came on it faded away & I never actually learned- like making clothes & whatnot (my husband went out an bought me such an expensive sewing machine, & all the things to go with it😣 never even learned how to use it.. I have piles of wood because I wanted to learn wood working, ..) I have photos of myself with green hair and 15 piercings wearing all black, I have photos looking like I stepped out of a spring time clothing catalogue, & photos where I looked like one of the Duggars😳there were times I fully loved being a woman & having a woman’s body- and times I despised it and it all felt so wrong! Times I dressed provocatively, and other times I felt so uncomfortable in my skin I just wanted to hide under as much clothing as I could! The constant shifting of feelings- the self doubt- the sense of just not being right… it just didn’t stop. Those of us with BPD often joke about this sorta thing- & picking up new hobbies & interests, or joke about things like “crippling emptiness& boredom kicking in, which color will I dye my hair this time” and crap like that… but really it all comes down that lack of sense of self. Thank God I have the most amazing husband who is so loving and patient… I mean, he’s been with the “I’m a sex goodness stripper” me, to the “I’m an insecure basket case who loathes myself so much- don’t even hug me, I can’t stand to be touched!” Me… and over the years I’ve learned tools & coping skills and whatnot, and have made great improvements., but as a teen & young adult- oh man.. it was bad! And I have ZERO DOUBT that if I grew up in this social climate I would have 100% been on that trans train! I HATED the skin I was in, I hated myself, I always felt this naggin feeling that something was fundamentally just wrong., i couldn’t stand to be in my own skin- couldn’t stand to have to just sit with myself. AND on top of that I NEEDED constant validation!!! Which led to me engaging in risky behaviors to get it- which put me in bad situations- and yes, I had awful things happen to me! So I couldn’t make sense of the fact that sometimes I CRAVED that attention, & other times I was repulsed at even the thought of someone touching me. I couldn’t make sense of why sometimes I almost wanted to be treated as just a sexual object, but yet I’d feel so disgusted about it., I also developed really early- and that brought on problems of its own because an 11 year old CAN NOT understand why grown men are looking at her in such a way, or making such disgusting comments.., & I internalized that- again, something must have just been wrong WITH ME. And if I had people back then telling me transitioning was the answer, that I felt that way because I was in the wrong body, and that transitioning would fix everything.. in a heartbeat I woulda jumped on it!!! Then being showered with affirmation for it- yeah, I have no doubt I woulda jumped on it! I think back to the many times when even my own mother complementing me or telling me I was beautiful gave me this sick feeling & would be so triggering for me it would lead to a total meltdown! & I couldn’t understand why I had that reaction.. so I can just imagine going to a therapist today & them being like “well obviously you’re trans “🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve already struggled so much , long before my diagnosis (I started having symptoms & having problems around 8 or 9) I can’t even imagine what it woulda been like if on top of that I woulda gotten sucked into gender ideology- The added confusion & anguish I really think would have just been unbearable for me!! And that’s like my main grievance with this ideology & transitioning young people.. they’re sold this lie that their gender can just be changed,& that it will magically be the solution to everything.. WITHOUT their mental health issues even being addressed.. and then they’re just left in all this turmoil & confusion- with no direction where to go😞 it all makes me so sad. And I wanted to add., advocates love to use emotional manipulation & tell people trans people will unalive themselves.,, So I just wanted to point out that the rates of that is HIGHEST among people with BPD. Higher than any other demographic! 75% of people with BPD will make an attempt at least once! SEVENTY FIVE percent! And the rate of completion is more than 50 times greater than the general population! I bring this up for 2 reasons.. 1, because I truly believe a great amount of young people who think they’re trans or are being “treated” for it have bpd. (Which also ties into the question- why does that ideation not go away after transition.. could it be because their BPD is going unaddressed!??) And also 2) when it comes to transgenderism, that is the only issue that we take an approach of affirming instead of working on underlining issues-& it’s the only one that we use “risk of unaliving” as a justification.. it’s used to manipulate. You’d NEVER hear people going around saying “well you should just allow that person with BPD to act out or have that episode etc and don’t even say anything to them about it because if you don’t just allow that behavior they’ll unalive themselves “.. you’d never hear that! Instead, you hear about accountability! You hear about personal responsibility- that even tho this is a awful debilitating illness, even tho it’s known as the most emotionally & psychologically painful illness, we NEED to be held accountable & we NEED to take responsibility to seek treatment & therapy, & learn ways to cope.. no one goes around suggesting we just be left to act out in whatever ways our brain tells us to- or that society should alter everything to better suit us. We must be accountable & learn to betttr cope living in society! Imagine if people went around constantly telling everyone of the high rates among those of us with BPD- so therefore we essentially have free reign to act in whatever ways it make whatever poor decisions etc. 😣 yet we use that as justification for transitioning kids- as well as to basically say “well all of society needs to adjust in order to accommodate gender ideology” it’s just wrong

Until he one day lay in bed with me at night and asked me to hold his 'finger' because he was scared of the thunder. I let go and said that wasn't a finger and I didn't want to hold it. I wasn't sure what it was, I was very very young, but I knew that fat thing between his legs wasn't a finger, and I instinctively recoiled from it. Smart man that he was, he didn't push. I imagine he thought he need to groom me a little longer. But that was the last time I ever spent the night there or went there without being forced to visit by my innocent, ignorant father. After this I became a tom boy, wanted to be a boy, wore no skirts, even had a boy name. Thank goodness this happened in the 70's and no one decided I needed to transition. I hadn't connected those events with wanting to be a boy until just a few months ago.

This is very interesting. Here in South Africa, i am going through my transition at a public hospital, and there they really control and keep an eye on your transition. one sees a psychiatrist first before anything is done, once he is satisfied that your mind and body and soul is ready for this, then you are sent for all sorts of blood tests by the endocrine clinic.. then they only give the first shot once all is 100% right, and then every 3 months its more tests etc... they really keep a watchfull eye on your journey, physically and mentally, and always take every little ache or pain seriously and treat it immediately if necessary. i thought we were a third world country when it comes to these things, but i am now seriously doubting this and am so much more appreciative towards them

Buck you seem like such a genuinely kind and caring person. Your guest has experienced so much tragedy in her life🌞. Thank you both for exposing the medical and social abuse that mentally confused or emotionally fragile young people are being subjected to. It’s truly criminal the lack of real care offered in the medical arena for these vulnerable people. Keep getting the word out. I think you’re both very courageous.

Wow, such a brave conversation. Buck, you were respectful and kind and Parker… how brave are you?! I’m so grateful you showed your scars, I think it really helps to communicate the point you’re making. I hadn’t understood, in the true sense, what had actually been done to your bodies before you revealed your own scars. I’m a new subscriber to this channel, I don’t have any angst about my own gender but I want to understand what’s happening in society. I just want to say well done and thank you to both of you! X

Wow Parker thank you for being so brave and showing your top surgery results. I am so sorry you were a victim of medical malpractice and negligence. We claim to be so welcoming about mental health yet so eager to disconnect the medical condition gender dysphoria from being transgender. Lifelong medical treatment is serious and not some joke. Having gender dysphoria is a mental condition but should be considered as a final diagnosis before other possible conditions are considered. What a shame. I feel in 20 years we will look back and all be able to see how this was that “everyone thought they were trans” period of history. The social contagion is real and the last thing the medical community should do is affirm CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS caught in this “trend”. SMH. Thanks for having Parker on Buck, you’re my hero Tranpa.

I'm so glad I didn't have the internet growing up. As a straight woman, I am very much a tomboy and struggled so much growing up w why girls always cast me out and I simply just didn't fit in with them. But I turned out just fine, going to a tech school w mostly boys, I found my place without ever having anyone tell me I'm a boy. Sure, I got the lesbian jokes and still do at 30 yrs old sometimes, but that's okay! I learned to just be myself. And this is okay to be this way. It doesn't have to be so complicated!

I've always wondered about how sexual abuse of children would mess up with their self esteem and their feelings about gender identity and make them feel that they would rather be the opposite gender to feel they could defend themselves and prevent being abused. This is an issue that often comes up in trans people and it doesn't seem to be important for people when regarding the whole picture. It's like the elephant in the middle of the room that nobody wants to see. Abusing children is very common, much more than what people know. But it has horrible and life lasting consequences.

I absolutely loved this. Parker, we need to promote tomboys again! That said... I really don't believe social transition is a neutral act... I really do not think kids should socially transition - dress in a gender neutral way and use make up/have whatever hair - sure - but pronouns and names? No.... it can possibly put them on a train that is hard to get off of ... But that's my opinion based on what I watch, see, read. Amazing interview!

Correct. The new NHS guidelines for the UK have stated that it concretises an identity and doctors should not even be affirming pronouns, new names etc unless the particular case is exceptional. Any affirmation simply raises the chances of progressing to the next step.

As a mental health professional I keep talking about the mental health stuff of this but, often it is met with hate and I get shut down. I get so much shit form some in our field how we have to affirm and not question. It is crazy I promise I will not stop helping as a professional, asking questions, and saying lets see if there are other things!!!!!! I don't care if I get hate, this is what is right. We need to ask, challenge and make people thing, not misguide them!

Please don't let the media make you believe that everyone who isn't transgender doesn't care about you. Since it became popular, we've always been concerned for your health in the long term. Detransitioners are doing a marvelous job at allowing both sides to come together. I sincerely hope we all learn something valuable about our self perception and a deeper look at what makes us so vulnerable.

4:13 Parker was the same kind of girl I was in the 80s, makes me so mad because this is why second wave feminism aka actual feminism is gender abolitionist. I stayed the same post puberty and am very much the grown up version of the girl I was, it is my right as a female human to be that way and no one has the right to deny it. I wish Parker all the best in the future and I hope you get justice for the botched surgery. 26:26 I watched a documentary from Netherlands, there is a gay man who went through transition as an adult, full SRS and discovered later he had BPD when his mental health declined. On the 2018 documentary he was now suicidal and being in Netherlands had been okayed for assisted dying..utterly tragic

Thank you Parker! I have dealt with my masculinity since I could remember. I am so grateful to have grown up in a time social media didn't exist. I even asked my mom at age 5 if I could be a boy (like my best friend in preschool). I have always been a tomboy, joined the military and think differently than my girlfriends. I don't wear makeup, lashes, extensions, dresses and so on. I would be happy in a pair of sweat pants and tank top the rest of my life lol. At 39, I am finally trying to explore more of my femininity.

I heard about this informed consent model some states use. It requires no therapy and if you can show you understand the treatment and risks you can walk out with hormones that same day. 1 single appointment. How can you even prove you know all the possible consequences, risks etc in one appointment? Scandalous.

This interview is so important, thank you for being so frank, your story points out exactly the issues which are hurting so many. Would it hurt anyone if the first point of call was a total mental health assessment and then therapy to bring someone to a point of if not optimal, then at least a state if balanced and awareness of what is going on with the individual. And only once this point has been achieved and serious mental illness ruled out before any talk of hormonal medication let alone surgery to lop off body parts. Thank you again

My only child Kaylah Nicole Orban was transitioning from female to male when she left this world September nine of twenty twenty. I love and miss her SO MUCH! I feel like she was on way too much testosterone and given the past history that’s not what is needed to bring healing. Raising awareness of this and many things, as well as Self-love and Self-acceptance is so very important for this world. Rejection is the root cause of much suffering.
