Requirements for Hooters are 1: Must be a biological female to be a server. Males may work in the kitchen or cleanup crew. 2: Must be over the age of 18. 3: Must be attractive and an ability to maintain a fit and attractive image. 4: Must fit in our standard uniforms, and wear them as instructed. Largest size is a medium. 5: Must have a flat stomach. 6: Photography portfolio required. 7: Soft voice necessary. 8: Must be friendly and have a bubbly personality. This is accurate. I did the research. They do not have a bust size requirement.

Not all sex-based discrimination is harmful, wrong or bad. For example, turning down a man for a position at a women only trauma rehabilitation center, women's sports, or giving certain medical treatments based on a patient's sex. Let's be real; some distinctions are made for valid reasons. No one is entitled to every space, thing or position no matter your sex.

People can respect your wishes and treat you kindly and with dignity, but as soon as you throw a temper tantrum for somebody accidentally using the wrong pronoun you enter a strange place where you want your beliefs to be respected but refuse to respect the beliefs of others. Im trans but I wasnt on the internet when I came out. Trans stuff wasnt really my focus if I was online. But these are people who are not well. And others tel them that if they do 123 they will be happy. And they want it so badly that they fool themselves. Because what is really needed is exactly what they seemingly say. Radical acceptance. But you cant ask it of others, because others have the right to think freely. You must accept yourself. Know you arent ever going to be another gender. And be ok with it. I have never made my family or friends call me he. It doesnt matter. What matters is loving who you are. Not holding some ideal up and saying that you are it. These people need personal accomplishments either in the workforce, hobby, family life or whatever is meaningful to you. But that is very hard to do. But being angry is easy and it makes you feel strong so people do it. Loving myself has been very hard but it was worth it. Im not perfectly happy all the time, but I am very grateful for my life and loved ones.

This aggravates me on a couple of levels. I worked as a hiring manager for a couple of corporations for 20 + years. I am definitely against discrimination in hiring. BUT, I am also against hiring people strictly because they are in a "minority" or category that is protected. Too many times I had to hire someone that fell in those categories even though they lacked the qualifications. Every time, it did not work out well for the business. Companies should be able to hire people that fit their need without the fear of being sued.

It's called a Socialist Dictatorship. Step one to a Communist or Nazi Dictatorship (both rely on Socialism). Socialism uses unreasonable levels of 'equality' to remove the freedoms of others under the guise of protecting a minority's rights. ABRACADABRA. Socialism pits one group against another in order to destabilize and overthrow a nation.

@charliefarrar7149
@charliefarrar7149 2 ай бұрын
@jborrego2406 we had none that fit the profile apply, probably because the ones that fit the requirements had good jobs that they were not willing to leave. We did applications and assigned numbers to replace the names then entered the answers about education and experience into the data base and pulled the applications that fit. Then, they put names to those selected and interviewed them. They did not fit the required demographics so had to go back and pull from the applications and started again with candidates that clearly did not fit our need. Doing all that was a total pain as it took 3 times the amount of time to hire. Hiring was not even a big part of my job, but it took up the majority of my time. So hiring a person that ended up leaving in a few months because the job wasn't a good fit for them was frustrating for them as well as our company.

I worked at Hooters years ago, the main way they determine if they will hire you is by having you put on the uniform and seeing how it looks on you. I can guarantee Brandy does not fit the uniform. If the girls started eating too much of the Hooters food and gained weight, they were denied eating some of the food to make sure they still fit the uniform. It is absolutely ridiclous that this person expected to be hired there, but even more scary is that lawyers are actually trying to make a case about this and that this is even news.

Lets be honest here, most women that work at hooters are sex objects, so I wouldn't want to date a woman who had done that anyway. I dont mind a woman with some size, in fact i perfer it lol, what makes a woman the most beautiful is respect for their bodies and how people see them. I want my wife to be viewed as a leader, as someone who is solid for advice, trust , and respect. Hooters ladies lack this, are they beautiful in a sexual way, sure, but when I look in their eyes I dint see a wife, I see someone willing to be scene as a sex object. These trans women don't want to be women. They want to be sex objects , that is the difference between a true trans woman and these modern grifters.

This is like my wrinkled middle-aged self suing Chip 'n Dale's for not hiring me. The job description IS THE LOOK! If you don't have it, you just don't have it.

I’ve had a couple of friends who worked as servers at Hooters. They didn’t exactly had the “look”, for example one had smaller boobs and needed a very padded Wonder Bra to fill the uniform, but they were fantastic flirts who were also great servers. The “personality” requirement includes physical looks and psychological features

In a word very feminine appearance and character even not all women have. We are in the situation of someone who want to be an actor and can't play or remember the script.

I'm a 34 yr old woman, an overweight, local truck driver, who also has a goat farm business. I'm a butchery lesbian with wider shoulders and broad features. I cuss like a sailor and have no patience for stupid, and I lose my tempor with idiots. I'm being 100% realistic... I'm never getting hired at Hooters, and I actually have a muff between my legs. 😂 All I can say is, "Oh, bless your heart, Darlin! You're never getting hired, and neither are the rest of us, non model type real women." 🤷🏼‍♀️

Girl, same. I'm a butch lesbian who works on a beef kill floor and is a herdsman for a show lamb operation. If this thing came to my table, I'd be flinging my cold beer in their face and telling them they aren't a female, just a shitty looking over finished junker cull cow.

First of all if you are upset with Hooters for having superficial standards… that’s just always been a part of their “brand”. Not everyone agrees with that, but that’s just what Hooters is. Second, do the people who are picketing for “Justice for Brandy” not care about the employees claims of sexual harassment made by her?

No they do not. The basis of the entire modern trans activist movement prioritizes male feelings over women's safety.

As Hooters inclined man, with my admitted limits, I consider Starbucks a bunch of libs with absurd costs for coffee and so. I don't fight Starbucks. I simply, when in US, didn't go there if not forced by people in my group.

So when he/she does start working there and receives zero tips, gets harassed by customers and the Hooters location loses money from their customers who stop eating there because brandy is their “waitress” will make that transwoman feel worse about herself. The kind thing to do is to discourage her from applying.

Brandy never had any attention of working there. Brandy is lawsuit farming. If the transgender trend wasn't in effect he'd be flopping in front of luxury sedans at crosswalks.
