This moving track is really already psychedelic in itself, I think that's why it touches the heart and soul of so many listeners. The build-up and evolution of the track is really very similar to coming up on an entheogen, especially the "unfolding" structure of it.

Anyways) I was thinking who is this irresistible creature who has an insatiable love for the dead?? And I found: Buckethead!! A ballad that builds intensity: Whitewash. Fell in Love!! He saved my life, from more self inflicted harm, been a dedicated fan ever since!

Saw Buckethead on pics and such many years ago, never listened to him once or knew who he was, but you know...his presence is kind of particular. Seen him around on pics from time to time but never really gave a flying f*ck. Stumbled over a live version of the song Soothsayer some month or two ago, got hooked...continued digging. Most of his songs arren't really nothing for me, but some of them are, and I fu'king love it. Hearing something like this...all I can say - the guy is a genius.

+Airguitarfooker Buckethead is the kind of guy that is so productive and his music has so many different layers you can't really judge his discography based on a sole point o view, isn't it? I feel kind of the same way... His acoustic/soothing works and heavy metal stuff pleases me the most, but his experimental side is good as well, I just don't listen to it all the time. Soothsayer probably is my favourite along with this one. But it changes all the time. Once it was Big Sur Moon, I think I can't really choose only one but these three are kind of the top for me.

Absolutely LOVE the way the drums and the bass complement each other. BTW, it should be that way in n ALL MUSIC!!!! If anyone doesn’t know, it’s the BASS GUITAR that leads music, NOT THE LEAD G, Percussion, and/or the Front man that LEADS MUSIC, or ANY OTHER music oriented part of music. Now, “IF” you have enough patience and ear for music, you can OBVIOUSLY hear that the BASS & PERCUSSION are ”ALMOST” doing their own thing with “Fill-ins”. HOWEVER, you need to listen to this over and over again until you hear/understand what it is I’m talking about. Just have EXTREME PATIENCE, or you just WONT hear music in the way I’m explaining! Now, for ALL OF those musicians out there, you know EXACTLY what it trying to say/inform those that DO NOT have the ear for music. That’s why I said to “LISTEN” to this multiple times. If you have the patience and the EAR, you WILL get it and you WILL NEVER LISTEN TO MUSIC AGAIN IN THE SAME WAY. When you finally get it, you will KNOW WHAT I MEAN ABOUT BASS LEADING MUSIC, in ANY GENRE!!!!

What's really amazing about this video is that if you look at the roadie standing behind bucket the whole time, his completely unfazed look only means that this show was really nothing compared to what the others were.
