The Resources Committee reviews the Town Council’s budgets and expenditures at every meeting. Members ensure that expenditure fits within the budgets set out at the beginning of the year. Aspects of the Town Council’s overall strategy, policy, and personnel matters are also dealt with by the Resources Committee.
