Well guns have roots in the founding of the nation. ( Funny thing is this is more aimed at attempting to disuade the government from doing what ever it wants to its citizens. That the citizens can take arms and fight the government and regain control of the country.. So that the people, and not a single family or group could keep control. ) Kids choking on toys hidden in candy on the other hand. Not soo much. ( that was the reason why they where banned in the first place. )

I don't think you need guns to topple a government. I am from Germany, the Berlin wall fell without a single gunshot fired. And kids can choke on all kinds of stuff, like nuts or anything small enough. In fact, nuts would be much more dangerous to inhale because the essential oils in it would damage your lungs. In Germany, from where the eggs originate, there is not one recorded death due to Kinder eggs. Give children some credit, they aren't that stupid.

I have heard they are going to be coming over to America soon. I think the reason they have not been hear previously is because in America their is a law that basically says you cannot have inetable objects within food. Fun fact: "by hand" or "hand made" are ridiculously vague statements when it comes to products. I used to work in a desserts factory that made things like "hand made" apple pies. The creature itself is actually Venom. The symbiote. The reason why people associate Venom with the muscled one more is due to the person who Venom took over for the longest time was muscled up. ( He hated Spiderman to begin with so it was a sort of a match made in.. uhh.. well.. you know. ) Basically, no you are wrong. the "black suit" itself is Venom. Its a living organism that sort of enhances the worst qualities of who or what ever it is attached to while also giving that being physical enhancements. It of course has its own personality and things it wants to do and that enhancement of bad things is technically the creature itself attempting to take over but.. meh. ( a few other things too but I do not feel like getting into it )

The toys they used to put in the Kinder ones were great, you had to assemble them and they would always have moving parts, i had everything from a small airplane that had elastics in them to power the propeller, a mechanical calender, a magnifying glass, one of those fake cameras that have a roll of pictures in them that you can watch by clicking... And now we have these crappy figures that people toss in the bin as soon as the chocolate is eaten... The problem with big companies trying to sell their waste of media material is that sometimes they end up convincing themselves that we actually want it.
