Hey Budda! Thanks for reviewing the amp. Just so you know, I've said before that the original Superdrive Series had a bit too much gain and compression for my style of playing, so the Superdrive "V Series" was my own personal answer to that. Glad you're diggin' it as much as I did designing it. Enjoy!!

I have a SuperDrive 30. I prefer the Clean channel with pedals - it cleans up nicely 👌

Just bought a mint used SD30 1X12 combo. I sold my SD18 years ago and regretted it. Good to have those tones again. Great amps!

Peavey is really hard to get a hold of these days. After several attempts to get a replacement footswitch for my SD18 I gave up. 🤷🏾‍♂️

@@BuddaGuedes There's something special about it. I initially fell in love with the sound when I had a peavey vypyr, it was one of the amp tones on there and I used it more than the rest. Decided then, I was going to pickup a real one, some day. Just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

The Lonestar is one of my favorite amps so I would probably pick the lonestar. It has reverb and two master volumes plus two chanels. But the SD20 has some magic in it, and has my name…

@@BuddaGuedes It took me a while to track her down. She sounds even better than the Superdrive 30. Maybe because I get her wide open at lower volumes. I usually run her into my freyette powerstation during practice and with a JHS lil black box in the loop for bedroom levels.
