You are still involved in these humanly pity relations . Love and try to form relation with god / Bhagwan / Allah and then see the world . You need true guru first . Guru Nanak said that in Kalyug there are many gurus . Find some true guru . Refer to Rumi quotes , Kabir quotes or guru Nanak ( all sikh guru quotes )
@goshitha26815 жыл бұрын
@ Judy GD you're absolutely true. 99% of the people are like that. They'll use you till they get what they want from you and discard you but, they will portray themselves as honest and have slogans to that effect on their social media home pages where in actual they are the complete opposite

I think work on yourself...love yourself..dont run aftr love...dnt pursue it.....true love will come at the right time.... Also.....des people who do not resonate with us....dey hv a purpose too....it is to teach us a life lesson...
@onetwozero1205 жыл бұрын
@Judy GD, So you weren't happy, you were disappointed. Why? just because you are naiv, you are blind, you made illusions on them. Shortly you cheated yourself. And they are what they are. If you were not blind, you would see through who they are, so you would never trust them. So just learning to find out who you are, what you can or can not. Afterthen you can live and trust anyone you meet.

The root of suffering is attachment. In Buddhism there are 4 noble truths: dukkha(suffering), reason for dukkha, destroying dukkha and the path to destroying dukkha. Any form of attachment ends in suffering.

The first step is meditation. How long can you stay in present awareness without thoughts? Training on ones mind to let go of thoughts and feelings. To take refuge in buddha is to take refuge in the present moment. Right now your thoughts probably be are in charge of you instead of the other way around. Concepts of samatha and visspassina.
