Great video! We are both in our 80's and feeling better than ever! We do our best to keep our bodies healthy, our minds clear, and keep a VERY positive outlook. We try to inspire and help others. Slogans & quotes are fine, but one's actions are what really counts. Thank you ... always learning.

This is a great talk that I enjoyed and found effective. Lately with such a short attention span and my thoughts ruled by chaos I feel this was a perfect reality check. Thank you so much.

I have a question about meditation: if your environment is distracting you from meditation, do you go deeper into meditation or stop and get to work immediately fixing your environment or just pause and try again in a month or a day?

As a meditator i encounter the same dilemma. I realized that is kind of both. You may want to fix every urgency that are upon you. If the envoronment is screaming at you, there is a reason for that. You got to pay attention to it. And at the same time knowing that the envoronment will never be perfect. There always will be some degree of chaos around you, and you can peacefully meditate even inside chaos. I hope that's helpful!

The ways of meditating 🧘‍♀️ really is to know yourself and bring back on consciousness for we will be. It’s not just for taking breaths a day by no knowing yourself emotionally. Love, greedily and anger then you losing , theses make you way of too much conviction in blind how’s to illusions about the causes problems 🙏🏻. It’s my recommendation when you feel badly, let’s stopping and calming ourselves down then realizing compromising comes with consciousness 😊.
