@@alexdol811 no, what i learn in Dhamma. No one can make us suffering if we do not allow it.. If you know everything that all is Anicca, Dukkha and Anatta, what you felt in your life, you will let it go.. This is what i practice.. 🙏🙏

​@@denny2457 may be, you miss the point a little bit about what ale3xdo811 was trying to say. I think he was just trying to explain about "Nature" of our mind, and "Cause and Effect" as a result of our own action. I think that's all he was trying to say. There is good and bad karma. You don't want to do bad things but ,on the other hand, make merit (good karma). So, with that understanding, then what should be done about next is what you replied to him. That's how to end suffering (or end reincarnation), which was taught by Lord Buddha.
