🐝✨7 tips by Lord Buddha to avoid drowsiness while studying:- 🐝Change the perception: Changing the subject or topic for which our body and mind becomes active 🐝 Memorize it: recall it, memorize it and examine it to keep the brain activated 🐝Recitation: Reciting loud activates body and mind 🐝 Pinch ears, rub limbs: Muscles get a good blood circulation and body becomes actives, then mind becomes active 🐝Getting up from study place and watch the night sky/nature 🐝 Focus on perception of Light: Darkness stimulates sleepiness so focus on something that is very bright, prefer daytime 🐝Walking meditation: Get up and walk with mindfulness, mindfulness activates our mind. Don't stay up late, go to sleep. Sleep allows you to process what you learned and store it in long-term memory. You're better off studying a little less and sleeping.

usually i study at night and I used to do 3 - 4 activities you mentioned and one of them was looking to the night sky, I always used to study better when I do that .. there surely is some connection between the night sky and human body.

7 tips 1) Change the perception. Change what you are studying for a little while. Change to your favorite subject. You mind will be active again. 2) Memorize it. Reflect upon it. Or recall it. Your mind be active. 3) Recite it. Activate your jaw muscles. 4) pinch your ears, rub your limbs 5) get up, wash your eyes with cold water, see nature 6) focus on the perception of light. Imagine you are studying in day time. Studying in a bright light source. 7) do walking meditation. Walk back and forth with mindfulness. This will activate your brain. 8) if none of the 7 tips work, go and sleep. Set an alarm and wake up later.
