I love these kinda videos that show off older hardware you can get for decent prices. Someone I know was wanting to get a new pc, but I told him to keep his i7 3770, so he was able to put more money towards the GPU and managed to snag a RX 6700 (non XT) for ~ $479 AUD.

Thanks man. And nice on your mate there! Not a bad price. And I agree, even a CPU such as the i7-3770 can do a whole lot today if you know how to manage your PC. I would hold onto the CPU for 2 - 5 years before selling or repurposing it.

A fantastic PC for under $300, it is not the best but that is the magic of a PC, those boys can upgrade it down the line and sell off the old parts to help fund the updates. And some of those parts never really die if taken care of, like the case, RAM, and power supply, so if they do not use them in the future they can easily sell them! Especially especially the case, that will last a million years if one does not smash it with a sledge hammer!

Trust me dude the i5 3470 is not old. I sell budget gaming computers for like 75$ with core 2 quads. Also great video and you could have gotten like a r5 340x for like 20$ on ebay which has better preformance but this is still a great video. Anyways have a great one.

I guess you have a point about the CPU, 3rd gen Intel chips are still viable. And I agree with the GPU thing. I wish I didn't have a deadline because I could have considered that option or got this GPU for even cheaper. I appreciate your feedback and I am glad you enjoyed the video! :)
