Absolutely fantastic work mate- you've done brilliantly to make up a proper Christmas dinner like this for 15 quid! I'd gladly eat that for Christmas. I've been asked to do a steak and kidney suet pudding for my lot this year- you don't always need a big turkey or rib of beef 👍🏻

Finally Keith I know how much you like your carrots😂. Try this one if you fancy came across it in France. Peel whole carrots. Make a chicken stock. Add butter and a pinch of sugar and 1 star anise. Place whole carrots in this stock just covered. Lid on and poach gently for 20 minutes. Winner winner carrot 🥕 dinner 🎉😅😅

Looks great Keith. I love to make a whole roasting chicken during the week, don't have all the wonderful sides that you have, but I usually make some sort of potatoes and veggies. Whatever's left over goes into a soup the following day. Not only tastes wonderful it's great on the family budget. Here's wishing you, Nat, and your family a wonderful Christmas!

Timing wise you could have used your air fryer oven at the same time so virtually everything ready at the same time , will be using mine on xmas day this year to make cooking less time consuming waiting for space in oven , once again well done congrats

I'm on my own this Xmas. GF working in hospitality. Keith what do you think about this as a alternative to chicken or turkey crown for a meal for one - a turkey mince meatloaf wrapped in smoky streaky bacon and stuffed in the middle with sage and onion stuffing and glazed on roasting with ketchup honey sauce 😅😅. Gonna add grated onion, garlic to the mince then add thyme, rosemary, allspice, pinch of cinnamon and a teaspoon of cranberry jelly. Just to add flavor to the turkey mince and roast slowly, glazing occasionally. Serve with the usual suspects hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣

Hi keith i rather have chicken than turkey a lovely meal for 15 pound youve shown people you dont need to go overboard to make a nice christmas dinner i thought you was going to make the gravy with flour and oxos and the stock from the chicken .im glad you crushed down the veg that was under the chicken and you did use the juices from the chicken .i do christmas dinner christmas eve and just graze christmas day and boxing day my grandkids will be down christmas day to see me and their dad i used to cook christmas dinner for the grandkids til one year they came at 5 and said only little dinners nan weve eaten so at home so i said the year after im not cooking dinner this christmas my grandson said nan i thought id never hear you say that i said its no use cooking dinner if you have it at home first .the year the grandkids had small dinners id made loads of dinner a lot got wasted .foods too dear to waste i get a rolled boned leg of lamb ill ask the butcher to cut it inhalf and cut the rest up into lamb steaks love to you and nat xxxxfran xxxxx❤❤❤❤

I stopped buying gravy granules. As long as you have a decent stock or stock cube it’s cheaper to make my own and it tastes much better. This looks well nice
