I lived in Italy for many years. What you just made is neither Americano, Cappuccino nor a Latte. I am commenting because you asked. Few tips: 1. You have to put more ground coffee in the filter basket 2. Don't rotate when you are pressuring the coffee grinds with a tamper. Pressure with one motion from top to bottom. 3. Pour only for a few seconds. The international standard for each shot of espresso is only 30ml. It should be really thick. 4. Froth the milk in a proper milk pitcher or with a tall glass. You have to froth the milk for 30-60 seconds. Espresso or (un caffe in Italian) is just a shot of 30 mil coffee. This is the base for everything. Double espresso or 'Doppia' is a double espresso shot or 60 ml coffee. No milk. Cuppacinno is espresso with frothed milk. The ratio is 1:5. So for 30ml coffee, add 150ml milk. Caffe Latte (latte means milk) is espresso with unfrothed steamed milk. Ratio is 1:3. But double espresso (60ml) + milk (180ml) Caffe Americano is espresso with water. The ratio is 1:5. Please don't froth the milk for 3-5 minutes, oh my god, you'll burn the milk and denaturate the proteins, it will be curdled, sour and gritty. Use a thermometer, froth for 10-60 seconds depending on your machine until you reach a sufficient temp

Thank you for your video. I just bought this machine and needed some help to use it. The only thing that I would like to comment on is when you are using the frothing element for the milk, aren't you supposed to wait for the red light to turn steady before turning the dial on? Other than that, it was a good video and helped me a lot.

I just tried to use mine for the first time. Letting water run through the machine first since it’s recommended. However, the water tank bubbles but water level remains the same. And it makes loud noises and the blue light is solid. I cannot figure out how to fix this! Someone please help

@@Jade-sd4iv hope you figured this out but if not i had the same issue. . I'm a hot head and flipped out when I went to run water as it was not flowing through. My wife looked it up and said I needed to push the tank down hard. I did it a little harder than a normal person probably would as I was mad . A group of Air bubbles floated to the top and none came after that. It pumped water and started dispensing after that. So just push down on the tank a little extra I guess. Hope it helps

Got mine for 70 buks at khols with discount, LOVE IT ❤️ , however i have not Mastered the use of the steam for foam and microfoam or to steam it alone drives me a little crazy, sometimes it foams cold, other times ita more bubbles than foam IDK but i hope to get the hang of it soon or i will think it doesn't work 🫠

Same!! Mine foams cold or it’s hot but the milk has a water texture with ‘some’ froth on top… not good for latte art but I guess it’ll do for home “lattes” or cappuccinos and such? Haha I just got mine over a week ago but hopefully we get the hang of this frother soon!

Just bought this same brand. It's easy for my first espresso machine although I drink Americana style and I am having a difficult time getting the water out of the the wand. The only time it dispenses water is when I press the manual button, which starts the whole process of dispensing through the portofilter. Any suggestions.

Problem nito is aftermarket service. Mine brokedown after a month. May post sa page nila sa shopee na 3 mos warranty. When I was claiming. Sabi nila 15 days lang daw. They changed their policy when I said 3 months ang nasa page nila. Hindi nila alam na I took screenshot where indicated na 3 months

What happened? Na claim nyo pa po ba yung warranty na 3mos? I have mine for almost 4 months now. Im glad still working. But I guess the risk is the aftermarket service talaga. There’s no spare parts here in the Philippines if you want to repair on your own. The only way is to have it repair where you bought it and if it’s not covered with the warranty i guess you need to spend money for it again. That’s just the downside of this product.

Hi, i tried mine with actually just fresh cold milk, and it gets hot within seconds or mins. Just make sure you adjust the knob for steam/foam. The steam makes it hot.

At first i thought i can get hot water function thru the steam wand but seller confirmed it’s just for steaming. If I want just a hot water, I can get it thru porta filter, Just don’t put a coffee powder and that’s it 😅 same process for coffee except no coffee powder so it’s just hot water 😅

Hi can i answer your question? I just want to help. What do you mean, re set the shot? Sorry kinda confused me. There’s single shot for about 75ml i guess, and theres double shot, 80-85ml? I kinda forgot cause i always use the single shot. However if you want it to be set on your preferred ml, I don’t think that’s possible with single/double shot but don’t worry because there’s another button, the manual. You can choose the ml for your coffee shot, if you feel it’s too watery you can try the manual. Hope this helps

My personal opinion this is not a proper espresso machine. The coffee is too watery for espresso, the milk does foamed but its more like steamed than actual foaming for a latte. As a barista i won't be able to make a latte art with this. Anyways if its for personal use or casual coffee shop i think its forgivable.
