That is a sexy blaster. Your really good at this stuff. When i was 13 I made a mando suit out of cardboard, it looked good, but I never painted it, nor did i have a good way to attach the armor to my clothing. The helmet dome was also made of paper so. XD. Im going to give it another go with your budget tutorials sometime. My struggle point is with the painting, I have no experience with armor painting, I’ve painted model planes, and tanks and such, Ive painted walls in a house. But I’ve never painted armor or blasters. I know paint is the part where it can make or break the look, of course you can always repaint, but its still a time consuming process. Great video as always. You have come a long way from when I first saw you making that first metal mandalorian helmet. :)

On the trigger guard and housing area you should be able to do it with a rotary tool without much of an issue. Use a cutting disk for the straight edges and a sanding drum on the curved parts. Or using a step bit or masonry bit for the two rounded ends and use a cutting disk on the straight cuts. Then just some sanding to clean up all the edges. For glue make your own. Use off cuts of Sintra and add some acetone to melt it. You want the consistency to have a thick honey like quality. Then you can just use a cotton dauber like what is used for dying leather. Make sure to use a glass jar with a full metal lid. No silicone seal on the lid.

Anyone else see a Hudson H9 in there? Put some hogue wraparound grips with a big aluminum magwell and some kind of extended compensator and its pretty spot on.

It looks OK for a budget build. Lots of details missing and unfortunately wouldn't pass the crl. Nice work and a good attempt. Also the colours are wrong and you need to add more silver.
